Try cut passing lanes, cover centre, stay back while attacking for both, let me know how it goes, it shouldnt run out of position, also decrease your defensive width to around 3/4

To be more specific about my defending, I play with a very high defensive line, composed of fast defenders, I ve been quite agressive this week-end with few sucess, struggled on counters and ended up with 12 wins and 1 game left.
