2023-01-11 11:57:50 +0000 UTCI thought this film was fantastic overall and its so rewatchable. Very fun to pick up on things that you cant believe you missed early on. Its funny cause i hear so many people, including my siblings, say that the way the film uses real life events like the pandemic and playing among us takes them out of the story but to me I think it elevates it. I think its super refreshing to watch a movie try to relate to the situation the entire planet went through in the different ways they coped with it.

Idk I think the first one was just more solid, still enjoyed it tho. I also think the family dynamic in Knifes Out was far superior to the friend groups in Glass Onion

2023-01-10 21:29:03 +0000 UTCThere were 2 separate takes they did for this movie. What we originally saw was Miles giving Duke the glass. When Miles explains to everyone what happened with a lie, we a shown a separate take where Duke picks up the glass from the table. We had the clues all there. Miles was the one who lied to the audience. If you are referring to Helen hiding in the bushes with Benoit then that's a totally different thing.

2023-01-10 21:19:54 +0000 UTCI went from really enjoying this film at first to just thinking it was okay in retrospect. I really don't like how we get shown one thing in the normal scenes but then it's reveled that it's not what we saw it was actually this!.. then it's the same scene but they've added a new character into the shot or changed something. I think the best mystery movies, give you all the clues along the way, still thought it was good but it's not even close to the original. Also the references to real world events and things in the first 40mins really took me out of the film, don't know if that was just me
