The defending videos can be used from last year, they are exact same, and havent changed for past 10 years or so, we only updated them last year with the introduction of defensive awareness influencing jockey speed

Watch the FIFA 23 videos to fill in the gaps, 99% are all the same its just the gameplay that needs to be updated, or theory if there is anything game changing, make sure you are implanting and practicing and dont forget all the FC 24 additional videos

Hey Neal. I am trying to get better at this game forever but ffs i just cant get any better. I see all your videos but there is just not enough time to do any of these in real games. The ball just gets stolen and the opponent scores in a minute.

I would say try to play rivals though Joe, because Squad battles its good to improve some mechanics and understand how to use it, but its almost important to know that you are vrsing very predictable AI which will be one dimensional. But you are right on the low chem etc

rivals is definitely the best way but you can use squad battles to improve as well. start at a difficulty that you know you can win on. for instance, you're playing a team that is 65 rated with 12 chemistry and you know you can win on professional level. make a challenge of it and if you win by 5 goals or more you then can move up to world class the next time you play a team that is 65 rated or lower with 12 chemistry or lower. you play this next game at world class and lose. okay, drop back down to professional level and stay at professional until you win by 5 goals or more.

Play rivals, its the best way to improve, even if you lose dont worry you wont go down anyway since the milestone check points, always play rivals, focus on the basics esp the new videos

Hello Guys, Even I am new to FIFA 23 and I am not able to win a single game in DIV 10. But after going through the guides I am able to at least give some competition these days. Just wanted to check with the community how you guys practice after the videos? Do you play Division Rivals directly or Squad battles or any other modes to improve. What is the best way to improve gradually. Sometime division rivals becomes too tough due to various special cards. Kindly help a fellow passionate player :).

I am bit confused on the order also. Just looking for the core fundamentals and so I can then build on that. When you put the order as a >b>c>d>e, does this mean start with a, or start with e (then d, c, b and a). I am Div5 but can't (quite) qualify for FUT Champs yet.

Hi Scott, What platform are you playing on? We have the FIFA 20 tutorials that cover the real basics, its no point making these again as very little changes, its just very core basics like how to pass, through ball etc. I can actually sort something out if this is something that you are struggling as a complete beginner. The idea is you work through them incrementally, the pre-school is right now ASAP, what you need to know for this game, for those that know some of the basics. What are you referring to in particular when you says the FIFA 2023 challenges? Have you linked your Discord, as part of your tier, we have a VIP section where you can ask the questions all there and we will go through it dont worry!

HI guys just signed up myself today after getting thumped continuously 10 nothing when trying to complete the online FIFA 2023 challenges. I have read the instructions, but I am unclear how to step up my settings before actually playing. I joined because I watched this and I want to learn more: https://youtu.be/hMB6Ok1GdKk however having looked at the directory I am unclear why I am being asked to watch how chemistry works, when I dont event know how to set the game up properly? I then look at the Fifa pre school and I am learning how to heel fake as my first move, is that right? But at the bottom of that list I see Basic Football on New Gen Game Play 1, so I am confused from the get go. Your assistance on helping me navigate through the list is much appreciated. (Ps I also note that the controllers are PS controllers and not Xbox is that going to be a problem?)

They are completely different, you will see the videos when you watch them on the entire list the ones on youtube just scratch the surface whereas here in each topic we go over we go in-depth. We upload a schedule depending on whats its important and what needs to be known from experience

Low shot atm 40% power is the best way of scoring, but controlling anger in all seriousness even I do get very fustrated, watch them in order as said above, in terms of clips just post them in the VIP Discord, PS4 version is old gen, and even I prefer it so did i last year use both tbh, if you can switch between them see what you prefer

Hi Neal! I've been subscribed to your YouTube channel a few years now and you are excellent at describing and making clear all your tutorials. I've finally subscribed to your gold membership in hopes of improving. I'd say my main issue is anger. Yes anger. I get triggered way too easily. Do you teach how not to be that way? Lol. Jk. In all seriousness my question is , should I watch all these videos in the order you recommend and then start uploading full game videos of mine? Or just clips? Do you or your staff look it over and review them? Also, I'd be interested in 1 on 1 coaching. What all is involved with that? My goal is division 2/ 1 and 11 wins in weekend league. I'll tell you I have a ps5 but I do not like the ps5 version of fifa. I much prefer the ps4 version. Should I change back and stick with the ps5? Ignore those then just do the FIFA 22 pre-school and advanced/elite tutorials/mechanic, and the skill moves tutorials. If you are really ina rush pick and choose the ones you want to do, that focus on win rates, but I would say still focus on defending because it will take you forward even next year

Hi Neal, thanks for the reply. I started to which one video at FIFA school FIFA21 as per the sequence on the post. It's a bit too time-consuming for me as I have a busy work schedule and a young family. Efficiency is the most important to me. I don't want to be a pro; I want to enjoy the game more with a higher win rate. Can you advise an effective way to achieve my goal please? Such as which videos to watch and follow in what order etc.

HI Keven, I would suggest the FIFA 22 videos, I would say its really the way to go, we are quite close on towards 23 so I would say skip FIFA 21 videos, but only see the list and if there is any videos there that you think you need to watch, then go ahead and watch them, i.e. a defending one that you find that you are weak at, since you do play PES like I did, the basics you will grasp quite well, and then this and next month we will be focusing on 23 and transferring over

Hi Neal, have been watching your videos on YouTube for a few months now. I decided to join Patreon after getting to division 1 at the season and making no progress then dropped back to division 4. I don’t play FUT, I only play season and online with friends. I used to play PES 20 years ago…I played PES from 2004 to 2014 roughly, not a pro just a serious casual player. Just picked up FIFA22 because invitation from friends, I didn’t like FIFA before as I’m a PES lover, but we all know what happened with PES. Can you give me some advice on where do I start please?

Yes its the same thing also, FIFA 20 FIFA school still applies and most of the stuff is exactly the same, you will see when you learn it, both games are extremely similar par a few differences but those mechanics are the same and havent changed, some of the videos have been remade, but mostly they are all the same as its all core mechanics, the additional mechanics are in the pre school/short course/advance course

Check the defending with CDM videos last year and cutting the passing lanes, the key is man marking the striker the most dangerous player as opposed to the ball carrier

Awesome! I’ve only gone through a few videos from Last year and my skill rating immediately jumped 100 points and counting. I’m now either beating or very competitive with people with ratings 100+ more than me! Still struggling on WL due to the middle through ball that I just can’t seem to defend well. I seem to go up 1 or 2 goals only to lose once my opponent sees that I can’t defend that tactic. Will there be a video on this?

Can’t explain how greatful I am. Since the beginning I’ve been getting 4 wins and feeling realy down beat. But after 2 days of watching your videos and implementing it into my game, I finished footchamps today with 15 wins. Incredible how small changes can change your entire game play and level.
