How to find players for your team, and replacement players to upgrade your starter squad

Key Stats per player: (including minimum stats - Note these are for starter teams)
-GK (Height 6'2+ / Save with feet trait) - Positioning 75,  Diving 75,  Reflex 75
-LB/RB (Sprint Speed 85, 75 Stand Tackling)
-CB (Sprint Speed 75, Stand Tackling 75, Def Awaeness 70, Interceptions 75)
-CDM/CM (75 Sprint Speed, 75 Short Passing, 70 Stand Tackling [75+ if they are a CDM)
-CAMS (Always play a Striker (stats below) in a CAM Position, but look for striker with 75+   short passing as he will distribute to the striker
-LW/RW/LAM/RAM (85 Sprint Speed, 70 Finishing, 75 Agility, 75 Balance, Ideally 4* WF)
-Striker (80+ Finishing (Ideally 4*WF+), 80 Sprint Speed, Agility 75+, Balance+ Composure 75+,

- Choose a big nation thats universal and in many leagues (i.e. France)
- Draft or Packs
- Ideally Drafts because of amount of return and you can test gameplay
- Do not play any Rivals until you have amounted your coins/opened most packs/drafts
- Do basic SBC with money from packs/drafts, and Advanced SBC including hybrid nations (you can also do squad battles for loyalty if need be)
- Create basic team, use Loan players in your placement games to get the highest possible positioning
- After 5 placement game you will get placed a division, normally from 6-4 [Make sure you try hard these games as Div 6 pays 30k, Div 4 is around 60k]
- Complete Rivals to get up your rating and continue on to do squad battles

- Choose a big nation thats universal and in many leagues (i.e. France - and used for examples below)
- Choose the loan players, make sure to choose attackers as these will carry you in Rival Placement
- Open Starter packs, Sell what you can if you get any gold cards that are not french or cannot be linked in your team
- Buy two cheap super subs in: Josef Martinez, and Acheampong [should be around 700-1k coins each]
- Do basic SBC, make sure to be frugal and plan ahead and try your best not to use your french players
- Do not do advanced SBC yet, as you people advise this but you may be in trouble for rivals with no players or get stuck
- Muster as much money as you can, Keep the French nation players, and try to build a cheap team with Bronze/Silver/Golds esp France
- Start buying cheap Gold Cards Common under the price of 400, this way if you dont need them, you can sell them in the market, and if they don't sell you can quick sell them for around 325 coins, meaning you will barely make a loss  - [you use these gold French cards in your placement matches to be able to compete]
- Go into Rivals do placement matches, try hard, use loan cards and all at your disposal including the 2 super subs, get highest as possible ranking
- Use finances from placement matches to do advanced SBC, improve your team where feasible and continue with rivals/squad battles
