Arcane is BY FAR the best show on this list - visually, story-wise, music, everything. You haven't seen animation like that before. But Rebels/Bad Batch/Tales of the Jedi are a must for Star Wars nerds, especially with new shows coming in '23 to build on them so, yea, I those are time-sensitive, I guess. But definitely don't miss Arcane, it's a phenomenal experience.
