Yes! absolutely. But you should start with the OG Dragon Ball first, with Goku as a kid, it will make DBZ so much more enjoyable. And I'd argue that OG Dragon ball does a lot of stuff better than DBZ. I'd also recommend watching it subbed, since the reason so many Americans love the dub is because of nostalgia. But that is really all up to you, try watching the first episode subbed and dubbed and pick the one you prefer. Then the order you should watch it in for the best expierience is OG Dragon Ball (It's called Dragon Ball), then Dragon Ball Z and finish it off with Dragon Ball Super. There is also a lot of movies, but none of them are canon to the story, so you could pick and choose which movies you wanne watch, if you wanne watch any at all.
