(Early Access) My girlfriend watches Thor: The Dark World

Honestly, I was one of the apparently few people who enjoyed this movie when it came out. I’m a Loki fan as well so I love seeing him in stuff. Also, Christopher Eccleston was great as Malekith. It was cool seeing him play a villain after previously seeing him as The Doctor. I remember when people was saying how much they didn’t like the movie I was like “what is wrong with you people?” I’m super excited for the next video!

I think the reason why most MCU fans don't like Thor The Dark World is because of this movie being one of many copy and paste versions. Its not bad but the story is very forgettable compared to the rest of the MCU. Also can't wait for Jens reaction to Winter Solider because for some reason I think she will not like it just like Matt and trigger everyone in comments.

I think even the worst MCU is still a good movie. I honestly don't rank Thor 2 at the very bottom, but it's only lower on my list because everything else is so good. I liked it quite a bit when I saw it in theater. I remember better understanding people's complaints when I saw it again. But I still like it and think it's fun. And the Thor payoffs in multiple ways post-this movie.

I love all the Thor movies! I never really understood the hate for this one. I would say it is my least favorite of the three though (soon to be four). What are your ratings? Especially since it got better for you Holden, it would be interesting to see where you rank this now.

Awesome reaction as we've come to expect by now! Even though I really enjoyed Matt's insight and opinions + the constant will he/won't he like it that we all had going, there's something magical about watching someone fall in love with the MCU the same way we all did.

YESSS. Legend Holden. I don't think the Dark World is hated as much as you think. FOr the most part fans don't love it but there isn't anything that is glaringly glaringly bad. It's just not as good as the majority of the MCU. I think anyone can sit down and somewhat enjoy it. Imo I think its the 2nd lowest MCU film ahead of The Incredible Hulk. I think the movie is just pretty average. Nice to see Jen enjoy it as much as she did. Can't wait to see her reactions to Cap WS and GotG. I mean if she likes the unpredictability of these movies she should love WS. Got a great slate of MCU movies coming up

Awesome reaction, I actually dont dislike Dark World, it def has its moments, its just that when you know whats coming , it cant be placed in the same tier, but its not bad either
