Next for My Girlfriend Watches

Jen and I will be starting to film the continuation of our Star Wars journey and need your input! You will decide the path we will take.

If you choose Clone Wars, please let me know the order you would prefer: release or arcs/chronological.

Thanks guys! Here's to a content-filled 2021!

I think it'll be best to finish of the movies first then get onto the clone wars. That'll give you guys a bit more time to figure out how you will watch the clone wars. I watched the show in episode arcs because i couldn't be bothered going and watching the whole series, and I loved it that way. I also think episode arcs would be better for making videos about the show, which will help you a bit. You might decide in the end to even watch the full show but only make videos about episode arcs which would still save you time.

Thanks for responding. The majority has spoken.

I voted sequels. Love Clone wars and seen them all as well as Rebels. I thought be better for them to get films done first as its quicker. They will still be doing Clone Wars afterwards

Tyrone Edwards

I watched the first few seasons of Clone Wars and couldn't get into it, though I did watch the final season and liked that. Rebels was easier for me to watch and enjoy. Overall, I voted for the sequel trilogy since it's less of a commitment and to me, it seems easier to watch that and be done with it, then go into the longer Clone Wars.

I tend to enjoy watching you guys react to things I’ve seen, in fact, I often will watch the movies before I watch your video, so this is part of the reason why I voted for the trilogy. Been looking forward to seeing Jens reaction to it. Personally, like you Holden, I couldn’t get into the clone wars, so less excited for it.

It would be interesting to see how many of the voters who are voting for the trilogy (big mistake) have watched Clone Wars. Jen’s own words show she’s not burned out. Never thought we’d lose this. She’s literally been begging to see Clone Wars.

Definite "yes" to Clone Wars. And I've never watched them in chronological order, only release order, and I've seen it in 2 languages a couple of times each by now, and I never got confused with what was when and referring to what even once, even when it first released... but that's just me. I always go for release order on everything I read and watch...

Clones Wars! Chronological is the best way by far.

Movies n like mid year clones wars or closer to December of next year for book for fett and season 3 of Mando

Benjamin Segura

They watched these on the channel already:)

Tyrone Edwards

Hes already watched 1-6 and rogue one

As much as I want you to watch Clone Wars and Rebels (don’t sleep on that show either, I personally like it even better than Clone Wars) I think you should watch the films first. The shows are a grind, and you don’t wanna get burned out. Do the original trilogy, then both Clone Wars and Rebels, then the sequel trilogy, in my opinion.

Daniel Francisco

Def watch both but get films done first id say :)

Tyrone Edwards

Get the sequels knocked out before grinding through the shows.

I don't have to give you a link as many wonderful lads and lasses have offered links. But I'd 100% recommend Clone wars and chronological order!

I say finish the movies. You have a whole year to get caught up on Clone Wars & Rebels as the tie-in Disney+ shows won't premiere until this time next year.

Mark McKeever

I can’t think of too many bad arcs. Maybe some of the droid ones. Which ones are you meaning by this?

Matthew Juttner

Clone Wars, because there's something in Solo that requires knowledge from Clone Wars. Also, my vote is for the chronological order. Here it is btw: https://www.starwars.com/news/star-wars-the-clone-wars-chronological-episodeorder

Mark O'Leary

Clone wars tells a much better story chronologically if you plan to watch it all. Also chronological will help with not getting confused or having to remember plot points. For example, early in there’s a three episode arc told over three different seasons. Easiest resource for the order is the official list on StarWars.com btw. :)

Matthew Juttner

Clone wars, but I don’t think you have to watch all the episodes. Just the core ones that are critical to the plot.

Id say sequels to get films done so Jen doesn't get a bit burnt out

Tyrone Edwards

If clone wars, I think chronological would be a good path to watch it

Sequels before 7 seasons incase she gets burned out of starwars

brad fedick

Arcs always! Starwars.com has the proper watch order.
