(Early Access) My girlfriend watches The Mandalorian, Season 2, Episodes 5&6

It hurts to see the two of you be like this makes no sense with Ashoka lol because her rebels n clone wars backstory helps explain so much. Like where was she during original series, watch rebels, she had a mission to find Thrawn and Esra, thats why when she mentioned Thrawn in the episode it should of been a Ohhhhhh Snaaaap!! Moment lol She cant train Grogu (you get used to it lol) because of his attachment to Mando and she knows first hand what that did to Anakin n how it moved him to dark side (last 4 episodes of clone wars/ her meet up with him again in rebels (no spoilers)) but this was amazing seeing her, one of the best episodes of the whole show, still loved the vide and y’all’s reactions 👍🙂

Also, there is a running gag that Mandalorian Season 2 should actually be called Rebels Season 5, because all of the characters that have shown up or are mentioned tie so closely to the lore of that show, which ties into the lore of Clone Wars. The Mandalorian show is basically heading to an Avengers: Endgame-type mashup of ALL of the shows and movies. As for the namedrop of Grand Admiral Thrawn... let’s just say that he’s a very big deal. Dave Filoni, the creator of Clone Wars along with George Lucas (basically his own padawan) made Clone Wars and also Rebels, and his hands are heavily involved in Mandalorian. He helped create Ahsoka Tano, so when people saw his name as one of the directors in season 2, they guessed that it would be her debut and were right.

Won’t spoil too much for you, but Ahsoka really got on my nerves in the beginning of the Clone Wars, but over the course of the entire show and also Rebels, she became one of my favorite characters in all of Star Wars. A lot of people love her because they got to see her grow up, fail and succeed. Why she is alone, I won’t say, but it ties into all of the TV shows and to see her live-action portrayal legit made me overjoyed.

Also the actor playing boba is also the same actor that played Jango Fett in episode 2 attack of the clones. If you recall jango used himself to create the clone army, and he had one clone made to age normally which was boba fett the little kid from episode 2. Remember he held his fathers helmet (severed head) after Mace Windu sliced it off.

Ahsoka Tano was Anakins padawan for many years during the clone wars. Their relationship is very strong, like brother and sister.

Anakin became a Jedi knight which means he was eligible to teach a padawan. That’s how Obi wan became a master when you’re a Jedi knight and your padawan gets knighted you become a master so anakin wasn’t a padawan by revenge of the sith he was knighted during the clone wars that’s why he was Able to teach Ashoka

I know watching clone wars and later rebels feels like a lot. Especially for you being a content creator, that’s a lot of editing. But if you even just watch it on your own, it’s so enjoyable and worth it. If you like good old Star Wars, some of the best Star Wars moments ever come out of both shows.
