This doesn't have identity death (kinda) but does include the transformed victim having sex with a man, so consider yourself warned!
While not intentional, this story does have some similarities to Inked by Serenity, a classic of the genre and one I recommend you go read if you haven't! I don't really think I copied this idea but I did read Serenity's story years ago and have re-read it many times, so its possible it has just been stuck in my mind. The tone is different anyway, so no biggie I think.
