Here’s the reference sheet we used for Tails aka Odysseus for his chapter!
As you can see, he’s still the same Tails you know, just more exhausted from the long journey he’s endured. His cloak is torn, and even his hair’s a bit messy to reflect that.

We gave him a bow, as Odysseus was famously known for his unmatched archery skills. And of course, we couldn’t capture the full “Odysseus experience” without some kind of nod to Penelope.

That said, we don’t actually plan to show Penelope in this comic. You’re free to imagine her as Cream, Cosmo, or whoever you like. In fact, we never even directly say that the pendant he holds belongs to a wife or girlfriend — just someone dear to him. It could be a family member, a close friend...
