④ PICOtracker, part 1

It's a port of the PICO-8 tracker to the web, but you can't actually edit anything and also several instruments/effects don't work. But, you know, other than that, feel free to browse through and play various sounds from the Under Construction soundtrack.
I'm calling this a self-contained thing in the sense that "being able to play stuff" is a thing, and "being able to edit it" will be a later thing.
