This is definitely one of my favorite episodes of this season, mostly because it hints at the relationships our main three will have with each other by the end of the show. It does a wonderful job of show-and-not-tell, so a lot of people don't really make the connections until a re-watch. I look forward to your discussions when we get further into that. An important detail that I will point out about the ending: Tohru bought those zodiac figurines as her souvenir, but because the cat is never included with the original 12 animals, Tohru had to create her own figurine of the cat with the clay she bought. That is why Kyo looks shocked and then happy when he sees the zodiac figurines. He finally gets to be a part of the zodiac, even if its only in figurine form. He definitely seemed to fall a little more in love with her then.
