Whats good J&J, Ujiko defiantly reminds me of Dr. Eggman from Sonic the Hedgehog. I'm guessing there was some influence from characters like Professor Lonebach from Lupin III, Kamaji from spirited away, or Hara Motro from Castle in the Sky. There seems to be is a long line of bald, goggled, mustached mad genius scientist. Thanks for all the great reactions!

2025-06-07 11:17:49 +0000 UTCa parallel that comes to mind in this episode is how all for one appeared for shigaraki sort of how all might appeared for Deku - at their lowest points. All Might arrived as Deku was struggling with the reality of being quirkless and All for One arrived when Shigaraki struggled with the trauma of his past. Its interesting because while All for One is evil, he's a skillful mentor that's able to raise shigaraki into a better villain similar to how All Might mentors Deku into being a better hero. It emphasizes how our environment and the people that teach us heavily influence our progression. PS. The Lambo was from an auto show I visited way back.
