I was once in group therapy to help me learn ways to deal with my anxiety, and on the third day I was there, there was a short conflict between two other members in the group. Nothing physical, just an exchange of some harsh words, and one of them ended up storming out of the room. I was incredibly tense during the conflict. I remember gripping the chair's arm rests and trying to shrink, and after the member left I got really emotional in front of everyone. Although it was incredibly uncomfortable at the time, I was able to learn how fearful I was when it came to conflict, and from there my therapist helped me set small goals to improve my distress tolerance. So looking back on it, that uncomfortable moment was actually a spark that helped me to grow into who I am today! Great reaction as always! This Endeavor story line is one of my favorite in the show, and I'm really excited for what's to come!
