We definitely did not expect half the movie to be Deku on the run with some random guy named Rody LOL but we loved it!! Rody was such a great character, and PINO may have been the MVP of the entire movie.
But um⦠BAKUGOOOOOOOOAT?! He just secured a permanent spot in our Top 5 MHA characters after what he pulled off here. IcyHot and Deku did their THANG too, but Bakugo was operating on another freakin' level.

OMG, even after watching this MANY times, I JUST noticed smth! Shortly after the one hour mark, Momo thinks to herself "What does this mean?" (aka "why would they tell us where the devices are hidden?" ) which just shows her amazing intellect once more, bc she immediately noticed that smth was off about this and she would be correct, since their plan was to get as many heroes as possible with those Trigger Bombs, she might have actually been one of the first to realize that!

2025-06-16 21:52:59 +0000 UTCThere are no words to describe the insane grin π I get on my face whenever Bakugo and Shoto show up in those clutch moments for Deku like they did on the mountainside. Once the three of them are together it feels like they're unstoppable! I love it! Then each of their battles at the end are some of the best of the series imo. As much as I love seeing them work together, the longer individual battles really show their growth and strengths. Shoto uses his fire without hesitation and in a few new ways, including a version of Endeavor's flash fire fist. Bakugo continues to prove that he is 100% capable of being the number one hero, not just because of his quirk, but from his mindset. Like he might actually just be unkillable through his sheer force of will!! And of course Deku who literally lives to save everyone else. He goes beyond his limits again and it's all for the sake of others. A true hero. π

Howitzer Impactπ₯ Todoroki decoding dekus text "he's telling us to eat strawberries." Todo deadpan is always hilarious. He also says to Deku "ur messages are hard to decipher" Throwback to the Stain incident. Again, Uraraka floating everything in site. Su with the assist. Re-watching this w you guys really has me seeing the growth of the side characters. Dekus united states of world smash, the animation & ost goes so hard. Im sorry if ur going hand to hand with Deku you ain't winning.. He doesn't just train his quirk, he learns how to throw dem hands! This is my 2nd fav. Heros Rising will always be my #1 fav mha movie.
