2025-05-22 06:36:49 +0000 UTCI just remembered meeting a girl cosplaying Mushroom Girl at a convention once and while she was already excited to take a picture with me, she jokingly asked me if I knew the name of her character and I responded without a second delay "Kinoko Komori of course!!" And her eyes got big and she got so excited, because I was the first one that day to actually recognise her xD And I can reeeeally relate to that feeling after my (not that great) Ruri (from Dr. Stone) Cosplay was recognised for the first time and I kept freaking out internally xD Edit: Damn, I can't add pictures. Also, that was my first "Cosplay" year and I look horrible and even worse, I don't even know her Insta handle, but the Cosplay was great and SO obvious to me :D Last year I literally dropped one of my bags and started running while yeling "ALL MIIIIIGHT!" and we took a few pics xD
