I don't know if Jirou's voice actress was the one singing for her here, but some voice actors do sing for their characters in anime openings/outros and in mobile games as well! Sometimes anime characters have their own character songs, or the show/game they are on is music-related. Quite a lot of seiyuu (voice actors/actresses) you've seen in anime have sang for some type of voice acting work. So much of the cast from MHA can sing. Kaminari's voice actor Hatanaka Tasuku sings a part in the Japanese version of We Don't Talk About Bruno for the Japanese dub of Encanto. (He's a really good singer, he sings the opening for Moriarty the Patriot, an anime that I have not seen yet, but the song is very good). Hanazawa Kana's song Renai Circulation is super popular. I haven't seen the anime that it's from either, but the song itself is popular enough that I knew it before I found out that it was from an anime (and way before I started to watch anime too). You haven't gotten to see a lot of her work yet, but she voices Mitsuri, the love hashira (pink hair with green tips), in Demon Slayer and Rika in Jujutsu Kaisen 0. Some seiyuu do their own music outside of their voice acting work as well. Some voice actors you might recognize are Saito Soma who voices Yamaguchi in Haikyuu, Uchida Yuma who voices Kyo in Fruits Basket and Megumi in Jujutsu Kaisen, and Umehara Yuuichiro who voices Kureno in Fruits Basket! I am personally a really big fan of Saito Soma's music 😊 I would even say he's my favorite singer period.
