2025-03-10 20:58:48 +0000 UTCYeah.... we live for these moments in this show! Demon Slayer manages to build up these epic moments and somehow make them that much more epic. You hold your breath the whole time, watching in awe! It's been a while since I've seen this series from the beginning, but it still hits so hard. I do want to point out that the correct saying is actually "The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb," which means that the bonds we choose are stronger than the one's we have strictly through DNA. I think it's important to point that out because honoring the bond between himself and Nezuko after she turns into a demon is absolutely something he chooses. Similarly, it's also something Nezuko chooses in that she fights against her new nature to remain his sibling. That is the strength of their bond; it is something they are both born into and that they each choose thereafter to continue to honor.

The mangaka was overwhelmed that she cried after watching this episode. I can't imagine the feeling of watching something your create and visualized come to life with motion, voice actors and the music. Hinokami Kagura = Dance of the Fire God

Did u notice how nezuko was talking in her mind for the blood demon art. She “spoke” for the first time as a demon
