Maybe a few things that I find cool :
Caitlyn reconstructing the scene inside Stillwater Prison parallels episode 4 of season 1, when she investigated the Shimmer transport on the airship.
The scene where Caitlyn correctly deduces that Singed's true identity is Dr. Reveck features Deckard's decapitated head preserved in a jar (https://shorturl.at/uh9UM).
In a flashback, Vander swaps wine for juice with a straw upon learning Felicia is pregnant with Vi. He similarly serves it the same way to Powder (https://shorturl.at/LBZFl).

Singed is actually Dr. Reveck. He created Shimmer for Silco using Rio, a large, mutated animal. We got to see it in season 1 at the same time as Viktor during his childhood. Rio was dying but Singed needed it for its regenerative property.
Singed reveals that everything he's done was with the intention of resurrecting his daughter (he mentioned that he had a daughter briefly in season 1 but not in season 2) and banishing death itself.
He was once a revered alchemist and doctor at Piltover Academy and a respected colleague of Heimerdinger. However, he was eventually dismissed from the Academy due to his unethical and inhumane methods in his attempts to save his daughter's life.
That's how he went into exile in Zaun where he could continue his research secretly. He was eventually hired by Silco.
All that information is in season 1 during his talk with Viktor by the way (besides that he was doing all this for his daughter).

Regarding the Black Rose, consider it as an Order or an unknown organization with magical powers. And they see Mel as one of their own hence the "sister".
"whatever that child inherited is of terrible interest to our captors".

One shot. You don't mess with bearded Jayce.

The start of the episode shows a badass Vi, but in reality it really depicts depression and some coping mechanism.
She has nothing to do or at least feels that way. She substitutes that feeling by fighting (one thing that she knows well) which at the same time can make you feel alive because of the adrenaline and receiving hits may feel like a reminder that you are actual flesh and exist, which eventually let her make a living out of this gaining cash.
Once the adrenaline of the fight is over, she's back to normal, being flooded by inner thoughts and that is why she keeps drinking. At first, make you feel like you are enjoying the moment (at least to others around), that you are in control and when you get heavily drunk, it "helps" you get knocked out, so in the end you don't bother with thoughts too much.
You progressively get down in the dumps without actually realizing it.
Every day is the same and you start losing track of time. No purpose, no specific interest in life. You just keep going.
If you see the state of her place, how messy it is with all those empty bottles everywhere, you pretty much understand that she neglects herself.
Her reunion with Warwick/Vander might have been the only good thing that happened to her in a while even though Loris, the enforcer, tried to accompany her and not ler her down. Being next so someone who's not in their right mind is a difficult task.

I think she felt the stomps of Warwick through the mines.
It is said that Isha has impaired hearing. Can't find the source of the interview but that's what Amanda Overton (writer and story editor) supposedly said.
If that's correct, when relying more on other senses than one that you "lost", you kinda sharpened them even more. If so, she could have felt the vibrations through those tunnels or at least felt alert to those vibrations.
That's how I take it.

This was one of my favorite episodes of the whole show solely for the scene with Vander, vi, and jinx hugging. The music and atmosphere worked so perfectly into making this emotional scene the best of the show. I didn't cry much while watching but this part gets tears in my eyes everytime i see it.
Vander isn't the biological father of either of the girls, I think he just adopted them when their parents died :(
Also, I feel like Vander was def in love with their mom. Her hair was violet, and then him saying it's his favorite color??

The black rose calling Mel “sister” is not because they’re related, it’s because they’re both mages

Fun fact, if you didn’t realize: Jayce’s breath was visible but Salo’s wasn’t, this could indicate that people “healed” by Viktor aren’t alive anymore.
Also did you guys notice that young Silco’s hair is styled similar to jinx’s bangs. Which could mean that Silco might have styled jinx’s hair in the past.

Salo is dead. Jayce actually killed him at the moment he hit him with a hammer making a splash.

Y’all are right on the money, the Black Rose/Mel storyline is the main one I was thinking of when I made that comment about some confusing plots coming up. Even in the Reddit discussion threads for each episode after they dropped, there were countless threads, discussions, and arguments about what was happening in that storyline. So safe to say just riding it out and going with the flow is a good option haha.

Did anyone notice how Isha heard Vander coming before Vi and Jinx, despite being further away? Yall think she has enhanced hearing? 🤔

haha no vander is not the biological dad of either of the girls. he and silco were just very close friends with felicia, they have the same dad this connel guy. they consider vander their dad because he raised them ever since felicia and connel died to enforcers. you guys are right when you mentioned that
this episode caused a war in the fandom while it was coming out you were either pro jayce, anti jayce, or neutral lol
