2025-02-27 02:32:51 +0000 UTCHoly cow, huge props for fitting in a whole movie into just one day’s slot without a break. This is my personal favorite MHA movie, and I know we all appreciate it! If you’ve already started S3, you know it doesn’t really reference the movie other than maybe one short scene later on. That’s the case for the other movies as well. This actually led to a lot of debate for awhile about whether the movies should be considered canon to the main storyline of the show. However, in the most recent season, there is a flashback sequence that includes scenes from every movie, which was basically a very direct way for the author to say it’s all canon.

Harem!": In a more informal or colloquial context, "harem" is used to refer to a group of women who surround or are associated with a single man, sometimes with romantic or sexual connotations. In anime or literary genres, a "harem" is a story where a main character (usually a man, though there are also female cases) is surrounded by multiple characters who feel attracted to him or her. I mention it only because it tends to be a widely used term in anime/manga, but I have to say that, in my opinion, harem genre anime are the ones I like the least. (Although I know that other people enjoy it).
