2025-02-24 20:50:30 +0000 UTCI've had 2 bad spider bites in my life. Once was on my forearm and once on my foot. Both were from tiny spiders and both swelled up like balloons. I've been terrified of spiders ever since and get cold goosebumps just by seeing one!

2025-02-24 19:51:34 +0000 UTCYa'll mostly got it, but yeah, Tomioka appeared in the first episode. Tanjiro fought him to protect Nezuko, and he spared them and sent them to Sakonji. Personally I don't mind spiders (so long as they aren't poisonous or deadly or too big, lol). They eat the bugs in my house I do dislike, so they are welcome. I live by "you leave me alone, and I'll leave you alone", so we get on well enough. Do have one funny story though. My sister was living near where my dad worked, and one day she calls him up panicking because there was a spider in the bathtub. Dad, of course, takes off in the middle of work to free my sister from the spidery menace. He's a short guy (thanks dad, for giving me my towering 4'9" height- at least I'm a girl), so it earned him the nickname Mighty Mouse from his coworkers.

Turns out itโs pretty common when giving directions in the wilderness for more precision. So north north-west is halfway between North and Northwest. Random side note, but I have very severe arachnophobia, so watching episodes like this that heavily feature spiders is a struggle for me, cause my fight-or-flight response is just going off constantly.

2025-02-24 18:40:58 +0000 UTCI hate spiders and I have a crazy story involving daddy long leg spiders. Do not continue if you are terrified of spiders please ๐ My family went camping around Hershey park. They actually have a campsite near the theme park. It started pouring rain suddenly when we were walking back to the campsite. So everyone was soaked and had to get changed. It's hard to remember what exactly happened after that but I think the rain let up after an hour or so. So we went back to sleep in our tents. I fell asleep and the next morning I wake up and look around me. There are daddy long leg spiders everywhere in the tent and around me. I remember screaming and waking my sister who was next to me. We both rushed out of the tent as soon as we got up. We had to check each other to make sure there weren't any on us. I think the spiders were trying to get out of the wet areas in the forest and they crawled into the tent over night. It was terrifying. We were lucky they weren't spiders that could hurt us. Apparently it's a widespread myth that daddy long legs are poisonous. At that time when we went to Hersey park I did believe this myth. So you can imagine how terrified I was when I woke up. I remember being worried I could have swallowed one accidentally. ๐จ Anyway sorry for the long comment and I apologize if this brings up any trauma for anyone. Thanks for the reaction J&J. ๐
