I've been subscribed to Otaku Gold for a while, but I've always been insanely behind on your uploads since I wanted to complete one Otaku Gold series before starting the next. I managed to binge HxH these past few weeks so I could finally get to watch the current Otaku Gold series as each episode gets released. This episode gave me major HxH vibes. The part where Iida told Izuku that this was none of his concern reminded me of when Gon went to get revenge against Pitou and he told Killua that it must be easy for him, since this was none of his concern. The last scene where the Hero Killer froze everyone in their tracks also reminded me of Pitou's killer aura.

2025-02-17 07:43:44 +0000 UTCstains pretty cool, he pretty much made every single pro hero there terrified π while he himself was extremely injured, one knife, and by himself. im pretty sure thats what deku meant when he said stain was the only one in the moment to stand up to his opponent (the heros were too busy peeing themselves)

A person who is worshipped as the near pinnacle of what it means to be a "hero" in this strength-obsessed society, but in reality he abused the most vulnerable people in his care. He's been driven thus far by ambition and the desire to be the best, not a desire to help others. In that sense, I actually think he most resembles Bakugou, not Shouto. Both he and Kacchan need to learn/are learning that ambition and hunger to get better are important but they are valuable only insofar as they help you to be a hero. if you start hurting other people to feed you're own goals, you've lost the plot...On the other hand, Deku is innately heroic to the point of being overly self-sacrificing. he needs to learn to take better care of himself and focus on his own issues before just giving everything for anyone.
