Hi J&J, just caught up on watching your reactions to this, lol. Sorry this is longer than two paragraphs, I'll try to be succinct The nails. Each time blond girl summoned the snake, if you watch carefully, you can see one of her nails slowly disappear/disintegrate. That was signifying her nail was the "sacrifice" taken to summon the snake. When the nail turned "black" it was (drying?) blood. Kobeni. So she was with Arai when they were attacked by granny. Arai got shot first, and then he moved to block the second shot aimed for Kobeni, so he actually saved her life there. She then reacted and took out granny, then I think they must have been close to the ramen shop? The group, while eating, said they heard a "taiko drum" right after we saw the first shot that hit Arai. Explains how she made it to save Denji so fast. Think you guys missed it, Power ran off, lol Finally, I don't really watch raunchy anime, but I can suggest three similar-ish. Dandadan, definite recommend, created by a former assistant of Fujimoto working on Chainsaw Man, so it's got similar vibes (only 12 episodes right now, so I think would be good for after you finish Chainsaw Man). Berserk has your adult themes/gore covered, and as others mentioned Food Wars is just this side of hentai.

He’s half chainsaw, it’s… probably latent urges from Pochita! I love him, but he definitely has some problems with his morals. No way that he’s dead of course, they’ll definitely find a way to revive him! I was right though, they were after the heart! The blonde woman’s nails… poison from using the snake maybe? She seemed a bit weak too, when Kobeni stopped them from taking Denji! Maybe in exchange for the use of the Snake devil, she gets poisoned somehow? I knew it… too good to be true that Makima was dead. ☠️ I guess, since she saved the day, that’s good… I still hate her though. She’s totally not human! Why else would she not admit to being shot? It wasn’t something a human could survive. Maybe, it was a devil contract, but I'm not 100% convinced. You said it’s like she’s void of emotion, could it be because she was alone and there was no need to perform? Or perhaps it’s part of her contract, and that’s why she seems off, that the devil took something from her? How did she know the terrorist’s names though? I doubt they’d have files or something on suspicious characters, so how? Unrelated, but there’s a lot of people with scars across their noses like Madoka and the Kyoto people who Makima blindfolded. Devil contract? Kobeni can be pretty cool! Used poor Denji as a… human? Shield was totally rude though! Totally in character for Denji to return from the brink of death because a girl is cradling him in her arms, if he does lol. I’m excited for the next episode! Denji will be okay! Definitely. Probably. Hopefully? Please?

Im a member since Feb 2024 since DN and a gold member since AOT I loved that time. I was more of a silent watcher the last months, and didnt wrote annything. I hope it doesent matter.
