Of course, Aida, every time I watch this episode, I remember an incident that happened at work. I was working overtime that day and it happened that torrents of rain swept through the area and caused the collapse of gardens and some facilities, including my workplace at the cancer care center, where the garden collapsed on me from above and the kitchen was in the basement. All of the workers agreed on an emergency escape plan. Dealing with situations that require controlling panic is a strength we need in development, and distinguishing the character of a leader is present in Aida. How much I love the idea that Midoriya's eyes distinguish others and put them in their right place.

I also love looking for subtleties and mannerisms in these shows, such as: -Thirteen holding up three fingers to indicate the 3 hour limit that All Might has for his form -running gags like Mina Ashido (pink girl) interrupting Aoyama (belly button laser) every time he tries to talk -Yaoyorozu being upset that she was overlooked as a replacement for Class Rep when they decided Iida should take it In my opinion these little things give the show and the characters more depth, they could easily not add them into the episode but they take the effort. PS: MVP was definitely Iida this episode (itβs kind of in the title though haha)
