Conjurer summons, creates, and manifest things into reality, while Transmuters changes the quality of anything into something else, like changing aura to electricity, or aura to rubber and gum, or changing the body to a vehicle. if you read the hxh manga the writer made the power system more complicated there, its called "dual affinity" like Killua, his dual affinity is Enhancer and Transmuter (but his mainly a transmuter)

Tsubone's Nen ability is a Conjuration-type power that lets her transform into a motorcycle. The motorcycle uses the rider's aura as fuel. So instead of conjuring up a motorcycle, she conjures herself to be a motorcycle. LOL Perhaps theres some covenant or rules placed that its better. 🤷♂️
