Of course, all of them are undoubtedly loyal but the basis for their devotions vary. Pouf's devotion relies on his own idea of how his King should be, how he envisions him as a ruthless, merciless, malevolent King that shows no empathy towards anything. That's the perfect King that he worships, which is why he's wary about keeping Komugi alive. But at the same time, he cannot bring himself to disobey his King's orders. Pitou on the other hand shares the same loyalty as the others but for her, she gives more importance on what the King wants. She doesn't really care what kind of King Meruem is gonna be, she'll follow his orders no matter what with utmost respect even if it goes against their very nature. If Meruem decides to be a gentle and kind King, Pitou will serve and be loyal to him regardless. This is already proven by how she's even prepared to die just to heal Komugi, a person that has been entrusted to her by the King. Youpi's is simpler since he's made from magical beasts not humans, he doesn't have the same level of internal emotions as the other two. His loyalty is purely based on his very nature as a creature who was born to serve and protect the King. He is only concerned about how to be of use for the King which is why his thoughts mainly consists of how he could accomplish his duty/assignment properly. ♥♥♥
