Killua is feeling a lot of emotions. I think it’s mainly the feeling of losing the Gon he met at the Hunters Exam. The “light” that showed him a different way of living life. A life with friends like Leorio and Kurapika. A life that’s more happy and optimistic. The Gon right now is more dark and erratic and possibly similar to how Killua was before he chose a different path than the one of an assassin like his family wanted. And Killua is different now, and I’m not sure he likes seeing that dark side of Gon. Maybe he’s wondering if he should keep following him?
