Sound is very capable of causing pain and at a certain decibel it becomes fatal especially if there's no ear protection on the person. The Havanna syndrome thing is something I've heard about a lot on podcasts, not only can sound make you physically sick I've heard of stories (not sure if they are true or not) of the military using devices on the back of military trucks that are basically sound canons and used a non lethal sound wave on whoever was opposing them to physically paralyze a person in place while this sound was being heard...it's so Sci fi yet good chance it's real
