Funny enough, when you guys were talking about some of the ants being like spiders, there is a species of spider that can mimic the appearance (and i think the pheremones too) of an ant, so by using that disguise, the spider will go into the nest and feast on the ant eggs. You can look up "Myrmarachne" on google to see it.

2024-10-10 13:50:48 +0000 UTCyep the funny thing is that the roulette seems to give him the perfect weapon for the situation Kite is in. last episode he was against a single relatively strong ant he got a single target weapon that one shot him, this time he is surounded by countless enemy and he got a weapon what an area of effect ability. Kite always said "bad roll" no matter what he get, so there is a few theory that think Kite said that to trick his own ability, the clown seems to be pridefull and he have his own ego (he also always say he dont have bad slot) so a commun theory is that Kite keep saying he got a "bad roll" no matter what he get to trigger the clown ego and trick him to give the best weapon for the current situation everytime, since the clown want to prove he dont have bad roll, if the theory is true it is a realy smart way to make a condition (not able to chose his weapon) strengthen his hability (vow/rule/restriction has said up there) but find a loophole to bypass the condition while still having the benifice of it, (it doesnt matter if he cant chose what weapon he get if he always get a weapon addapted for the situation). Edit: hope it's understandable, my comment dont look very clear to me right now, but... it is 2AM and i need to sleep, XD

2024-10-10 00:04:14 +0000 UTCThere’s two major ways we’ve learned of that allow people to get access to nen. The methodical way that Zushi was taught by Wing. This involves a gradual and measured approach to learning nen, often with a lot of meditation involved. This allows someone to gradually open the “pores”, or ”nodes” that nen seeps out of. The other way is how Gon, Killua, and now Rammot have gained access to nen. By being attacked by nen. You may recall that Gon and Killua were in a time crunch back in heavens arena. Hisoka was blocking their entrance to the 200s because he claimed they weren’t ready (because they didn’t know nen). So they needed to gain access to nen, and learn the bare minimum of Ten so that they could pass Hisoka’s nen barrage and be able to register on the floor by midnight. They opted to gain access to nen the quick way. Wing attacked them with his nen and this opened their pores. They quickly learned ten and were able to get past Hisoka and register on the 200s. Rammot was attacked by nen and thus, this allowed him to access nen later on. Colt seemed to realize Gon and Killua’s nen attacks were the catalyst to Rammot learning nen, and thus opted for a similar route to gain access to his own nen. Considering the dire condition Rammot was in and now Colt is in, it’s clear the biggest negative towards this method is that you actually have to survive the nen attack. That’s the main condition. If you do so, you’re able to use nen since your pores are now open.

2024-10-09 23:28:04 +0000 UTCThe way Ramoth learned nen, the show actually told you about it a long time ago. When Wing activated Gon and Killua's nen he exposed them to his own nen. He also explained that a direct nen attack, while much more dangerous, could achieve the same.

2024-10-09 23:09:01 +0000 UTCYeah think J&J misinterpreted the situation, kite most likely had every intention to fight one on one but because he has to use whatever weapon slot gives him in order to remove it he had to no choice but to use the scythe and in kites owns words, that attack is the only attack he can do with the scythe so he had to wipe them all out

The clown's tongue shows a roulette with numbers 1 to 9, each linked to a different weapon. Kite can't choose the weapon—it’s randomly selected based on the number that appears. He added this restriction to make each weapon stronger. (Vow/Rules/Restrictions = Stronger Nen abilities). Once a weapon is summoned, it won’t disappear until it’s used.
