2024-10-06 17:16:48 +0000 UTComnivore should be fine tho, i lot of "bird" are omnivore some are obvious like turkey but a lot of bird actualy eat either insect or fish in the nature even if of course grain is more commun for domestic bird, there is also boars/pork who are omnivore and taste good, but yes i cant think of a pure carnivore that taste good right now (aside of fish, but i dont realy like fish x) that being said i think the queen like her food based of what their DNA could bring to the next generation rather than the taste, a kind of instinctive process that food who will apport better trait will be see a more nutricious, but that just a blind guess i made with nothing to support it, so its just a possibility :)

You see, we mostly eat herbivores because they taste good + if the animal doesn’t eat meat it lowers the risk of it carrying diseases. On the contrary, carnivores don’t taste as good and may carry diseases from eating diseased meat. Humans are omnivores so I guess we theoretically shouldn’t taste too good. But only in theory 👍🏻

2024-10-04 21:13:20 +0000 UTCQuestion: would you be willing to live in NGL? - no technology - no modern medicine (due to the lack of technology and people just accepting whatever nature brings) - living a simple, harmonious life just like our predecessors did NGL is, to put it simply, a country that reminds me in a way of any extremist country that existed in our world. Kind of like north korea (not too much, there are obvious differences but the lack or in the north korea case - low amount of technology, makes these two countries quite similar) I personally applaud for wanting to live a simple life, respecting nature etc. but I can’t help but feel bad for the kids born there who have grown possibly without any knowledge of the outside world. Also, the lack of medicine/refusal to let in doctors from other countries might have lowered the likelihood of them surviving till adulthood.

2024-10-04 20:54:34 +0000 UTCthere is no limit at what a hunter can be, it only depend of what someone "hunt" if you hunt rare/precious food you will be "gourmet" hunter if you hunt criminal you will be a "blacklist" hunter and the list go on, if a hunter chose to hunt for something then he is this "something" hunter ect. btw the manga never explicitly said it, but why do you think the name of the show is "hunter x hunter" ? well the main protagonist his Gon, what do Gon hunt ? his father which is a hunter, so Gon is a "hunter" hunter the same way someone who hunt for food is a "gourmet" hunter :) also on a completly different topic i dont get why poeple find it ok when the queen eat fish but not when she eat human, may i remind you the Chimera Ant are a different species ? what is the difference beetwen fish and human from an other species persepective ? poeple are just biased toward our own species, i mean we do the same thing everyday, human eat nearly every species who's not toxic for us, its a bit hypocritical to blame Chimera Ant for doing the same, just because human are part of their diet :x also poeple tend to react a lot more at Ant hunting human for the purpose of feeding and reproducing than at Hisoka casualy beheaded poeple during the exam hunter or the phantom troupe going wild in yorkshin city arc, is it realy worst to see an other species prey on us than seeing human killing their own species ? well i dont mind it these reaction either way i just find the fact most poeple react that way facinating even if i dont quite get it tbh x) i mean there is a lot of speices that kill each other over territory, female or ressource isnt an human unique trait, but human may be the only one who enjoy kill their fellows without gaining anything, at least to my knowlege. but since most people react that way i'm probably the weird one here x)

2024-10-04 06:18:38 +0000 UTCI don't know if you guys realized how much of a threat the ants are, rapid production of more powerful generations and new mutations with every one of them, they are eating normal humans and are beginning to become strong, the problems is that there's almost no limitations to how many "nutirious" humans the queen can eat, that is why kite was exteremly worried about that situation occuring and why he advised gon and killua to abandon him if he was in danger You got a glance at the royal guards in this episode and that they will serve the king directly, I can't wait for yall to meet them

As soon as you hear a chimera ant talking just remember they're a part human chimera ant. Like the crocodile chimera ant, the turtle chimera ant, the penguin chimera ant etc. And most have some semblance of their former human personalities. Like Kurt's chimera ant being loyal and dedicated to protecting the queen (just like he was dedicated as a human to protecting Reina and his mother). If you see a chimera ant that looks completely bug like that doesn't talk/have a personality, just know that it's not part human.
