the reveal that bisky is actually wing's master is one of my favorites!! and it put sassy Killua right in check haha

Yeah, that’s right! Actually I noticed it by listening to the characters speaking. The spelling was more like a joke, since the previous comments of last week had “buku”, as in how we hear the sound of the characters speaking it.

Patty

Indeed, and it's usually spelled Bukku, which would have given you the proper answer in google.

Ohh i missed this upload it wasn’t in the collection/tag yet lol

im__JAM

i mean i'm pretty sure i've heard somewere the wife of Togashi was the one to design Bisky (she is Naoko Takeuchi the autor of Sailor moon for the people who doesnt know), so it make sense x)

To answer your question jordan, apparently Gon's hair left the country to get away from Binolt 👋🛫 The use of flashbacks in anime is so common it's kind of become a running joke to anime fans cuz it is seen as a form of plot armor, for example the MC in an anime can be getting beat by a clearly overpowered villain and the writing usually drills into the audience's minds there's nothing the MC can do to win, until the ultimate weapon of mass destruction in anime hits the screen....the flashback of trauma.....suddenly the OP villain and everything he did in the fight meant nothing and loses lmao it's not even subtle most times but when done right flashbacks add so much to the story and either way I'm here for it. Also Bisky looks like Sailor Moon if she was a cast member on that show Little People 🤣 Keep these coming guys we love the content yall do, YEET! (my 9 year old says that randomly all the time lol)

Bisky is definitely one of my favourite characters in the entire series! You just can't guess who she really is untill she tells you herself XD We also saw Wing mentioning his "master" back in the heaven's arena arc when he felt conflicted about teaching nen to Gon and Killua.

I'm sorry.. correct me if I'm mistaking but even though Killua killed people in the past, he was literally forced by his family to live this lifestyle until he decided to run away and change his ways.. How can we compare him to the Phantom Troupe who willingly became what they are and have absolute zero intentions of changing?.. You see Gon also became soft with Binolt in this episode once he saw that he is showing the intention to change for the better. Killua did the same. He clearly showed Gon, Kurapika, and Leorio back in season 1 that he wants to stop killing even if its instilled in his blood, and become a hunter instead.

Welcome to boss Bisky's brutal bootcamp! 💪

ELF

Ha! On today’s episode of the murky moral landscape of HxH, I love how the very first thought Bisquit has right after meeting 2 kids and a serial killer is, “Awesome, two week death battle, begin!” 😂

Kevin

the double standar and hypocrisy of Gon showing up again in this episode, he like Killua so him being an assassin who have probably kill hundred or thousand of poeple doesnt bother him, but while facing the troupe he got mad seeing one of them crying for the death of Uvo and even asking to Chrollo how they can kill poeple who had nothng to do with them... did you remember the 2 guy who get kill by Killua for no other reason than bumping into him when he was in a bad mood during the hunter exam after the game against Netero in the airship, they have nothing to do with him too... (they may have been asshole but that is not enough to deserve a death penalty) here Gon facing an known murderer but since Binolt was userfull to him he doesnt care and even thanks him "we wont kill you, you helped us make progress"... man you cant juste judge people differently based on how userfull they are to you or how you feel about them T_T (some people say it is cause Binolt was unlucky and dont chose this life but while the story of Binolt may be a sad one, the flashback is for us viewer, Gon have no clue about his circonstance, so it doesnt matter here). well it's just a kid i guess and their world is different than our, i would not juge him harshly if he doesnt have any sens of morality at all, but having double standar tho, it's different :x i still believe Gon is a coherent character and he is nicely writen, he just got on my nerve sometime, so dont mind me guys i just let out my frustration with this comment x)

BTW, Killua has been calling Biscuit “baba”, which means granny or old woman.

Patty

Lol that comment that said "buku" was just referencing how they sound when saying "book" in Greed Island with their Japanese accent.

OldeSkoole

Buku is how they pronounce “book” in the anime 🤣

Patty

These episodes are actually my favorite in the series. In any anime I really enjoy the process of the MCs training and getting stronger. Watching that growth is motivating and seeing that transformation is fulfilling.

Kenken

Next episode gonna be nen heavy. Notebooks and pen better be ready.
