2024-09-05 18:03:31 +0000 UTCguy's actualy most of the time isnt Machi who's shown controling poeple, almost everytime someone is controled we can see Shalnark whit his phone or/and the guy being controled have a nidle in him, as an exemple when Dalzollene (the head bodyguard) want to give Uvo at the mafia and call them, we can see the mafia member his talking to (via phone call) with a nidle in is neck and when the discution end Shalnark press a buton on his phone and the guy "die" (well he fall down but he was most likely alredy dead idk ?) after that the troupe member show up to free Uvo and kill Dalzollene. anyway look like you didnt catch it earlier or on rewatch but i guess you still strugle to see the screen and read the subtitle at the same time, well it will become a second nature eventually so dont worry about it x)

2024-09-05 11:37:20 +0000 UTCIts funny to look at zeno and silva in this battle and be in awe of their strength, and then to remember during the zoldyck estate arc, when miiluki was talking with zeno saying that killua is "one of the greatest potentials that the family has seen in ages", and makes you wonder what killua will be like in the future

I think there's a few reasons why the Chrollo vs Zoldyk father-son duo seemed like a relatively "calm battle": One reason as you mentioned, a lot of it was a battle of the mind. Chrollo trying to strategize how he can not only survive, but potentially steal their abilities or even the person themselves. Zeno trying to figure out Chrollo's abilities and what moves he's trying to make. A lot of thinking going on in the span of a few seconds! Another reason is I think there's a level of mutual respect for the opponent, an understanding that these aren't run-of-the-mill Nen fighters, but masters of their techniques/craft. No one's trying to do anything over the top or brash because that can easily lead to gaps/openings for counterattack from very skilled opponents. You get this sense from Silva, who comments that Chrollo has gotten stronger since they last met, and says he's talented because even though he's just barely dodging Zeno's attacks he's able to do so without giving Silva a chance to effectively attack him. That's my thoughts anyway. Super excited for you guys to continue on this arc!

2024-09-05 02:18:53 +0000 UTCToday I received a collectable memorial statue of Goku (MC from dragonball series) standing by his creator Akira Toriyama’s grave in mourning, he passed away earlier this year, the reason I mention this is because what are the odds today's episode of hxh felt like a DBZ episode lol Silvas attack with the energy balls looks almost identical to a dbz character named Vegeta attack called the final flash, this episode made me fanboy and geek out I loved it! And this time we see something in hxh that didn't inspire other animes, we actually saw HxH being influenced instead since DBZ the manga was released in 1984 and hxh releasing in 1998

2024-09-04 23:42:30 +0000 UTCChrollo Lucilfer (Specialist) How his power works.. - He can steal other people's Nen Abilities and use them as his own. - He files the ability in the conjured book known as "Bandit's Secret" from which he can draw it out at will. - Once the ability is stolen by Chrollo, the victim will no longer be able to use the ability. Note: the ability is stolen from the victim but they still have their Nen, meaning if you lose an ability why not just make another one or something new? This is a loophole that I figured out on my own! These are the CONDITION & RESTRICTION before he can steal other peoples nen ability he must... 1) - He must witness the Nen ability with his own eyes. - He must ask about the ability (how it works) and be answered by the victim. - His victim's palm must touch the handprint on the cover of Bandit's Secret. - All of the above must be done within an hour. 2) To use an ability that is stolen, the book must be held open in his right hand to the page with the desired ability. 3) The only way to return the stolen ability is when Chrollo - DIES - , HOWEVER when the ability vanishes from the book (Bandits Secret) it means the victim of the stolen ability had passed away by any means.. Other than Kurapika or in all the characters in anime Chrollo has the most complex power ever! Him and Prince Tserriednich (his a spoiler hxh manga character dont google him).
