while I line the 2011 version a lot, I feel like it really zooms through the hunter exam arc really fast, and doesn't really do the tests justice. This test in particular went completely differently in the 1999 version, and it really took the time to show more of the thought process of the test and where people went wrong. (also buhara and menchi had 2 different dishes, so it was a 2 part test). Whenever I rewatch HXH I watch the 1999 version up to the end of the hunter exam and then switch to the 2011, because the 1999 hunter exam arc had so much more depth

2024-08-11 07:10:25 +0000 UTCThere are many questionable actions and decisions some characters make and have made for example netero looking at menchi’s you know whats, personally it takes me out of focus and i try to ignore it but it definitely is a choice they decided on Despite all that being written and animated, this show still rocks and will forever be in my top 3 Anyways heard you guys are interested in hearing where are some of your patreons from and what they do, im from saudi arabia and I will have my bachelors degree in civil engineering in hopefully less than a year from now :) thanks for providing such amazing content i cant explain how much it means to have you guys to listen to while being busy with college

2024-07-14 11:39:54 +0000 UTCI think the death aspect was heavily censored due to the time slot it aired on. A lot of kids were watching so I think that’s why no one’s acknowledging it. Or it could probably be that people dying in the hunter exam is such a regular occurrence, no one cares to mention it lol. Glad you guys are enjoying the show! Can’t wait for next week!!!!
