Weird, I can’t use links here to watch at all🤔 what a waste of time and money 😂 how do I use it? Mb different links are working?

Aigera

Oh shut the fuck up

somg

so this is the final of AoT anime for me, WIT made an amazing job something that mappa couldn't reach its level. If you want to continue and love aot just read the manga from here until the end, is the best choise.

drag8n

About Eren touching the titan that was completely still, its not some powers at play. They just know now that titans is Eldians that get shipped to the island by Marley, and that he/she is most likely a patriot/againts Marley, hence why the person got shipped there

KornSirkel

I CAN NOT SEE THE VIDEO!!!! just the end of the season ... HELPSSS I NEED ITT😭😭😭😭😭

I’m so happy y’all talked about the colors in this episode. The use of colors throughout this series is one of the many MANY reasons this show is cemented as the best show I’ve ever seen. Sorry ahead of time, this is gonna be a longgg comment but I gotta nerd out here and it requires some context: I was an art major in college. Part of our senior thesis was to display our work in a show at the end of the year and give an artist speech about the work. My dad had taken his own life right at the start of the school year, I was feeling lost and trying to process the death of someone who was a huge part of me. All the work I made that year, I used as a way to try to better understand who I was after this loss, each piece being about my fears, my grief, my vices, my hopes, etc. A few months before the show, I had to give a presentation of my progress to the art professors for critique. I had one piece where I used girl in yellow sunglasses to symbolize trying to have an optimistic lens on life. When asked why I used yellow for optimism, I said it was because I saw yellow as bright and cheerful. The professor told me that yellow throughout art history was actually used to symbolize sickness, disease and death. I ended up keeping the glasses yellow. It felt fitting: trying to keep an optimistic view through loss. Keeping this art history viewpoint in mind, look at every episode we’ve seen up until this point. When I think about seasons 1-3, there’s a lot of yellow used. Some of the most memorable scenes have this almost sickly yellow hue in the environment. But now in this episode, once we’ve finally had the truth of this world revealed, we get all these vibrant blues. Blue in art symbolizes many things, a few of them that I think are relevant to this scene are depth/distance, coldness, sadness and *drumroll pls* TRUTH! When I first watched this episode, it felt like the impending feeling of death had lifted for a moment (most of the pure titans are dead and they can freely make it to the sea) but while we have this beautiful moment of clarity, there’s also an overlying sadness in the truth of what we have learned. The world is vast and beautiful, but it is also cold and cruel. Such a beautiful moment but so bittersweet. This is the first reaction Patreon I’ve been a part of because I instantly resonated with the way you both processed the trauma in this show. You both seem like incredibly compassionate and resilient people and I would like to thank you for letting us all share this experience with you💕

First time watcher. Finally got around to watching this episode. Now onto season 4 episode 1. I'm kinda of emotional. I'm so happy Armin saw his dream. He's been wanting to see the sea, his entire life. But it's heartbreaking that what Eren said at the end is their reality. They can't experience the beauty of the world without that ugly truth hanging over their heads until they are free. It seems like it's been too quick, I don't want to near the end. I was talking to my friend the other day about it and he told that he stopped watching close to the end because he wanted to delay finishing. I told him it's inevitable so he may as well pick back up where he left and finish with me. Ik we have season 4 left but I'm already feeling AOT withdrawal from knowing eventually I have to finish the series 😭

Thank you for all the effort you've put into sharing your thoughts after every episode. Your insights and comments have been something many of us look forward to, and we'll definitely miss them. It hurts to hear that you're dealing with health concerns. I wish you nothing but the best in your recovery🙏🏽 Take all the time you need to focus on your health—your well-being is what matters most. Know that you’ve made a big impact here, at the very least for me. Wishing you all the best Lynn #7, I hope you find moments of joy and comfort watching J&J's videos whenever you have the time 🫶🏽

IQLou

in their very latest video they added streamable, i hope that works better for you!

Hi guys. Unfortunately I cannot watch your reaction videos anymore. I believe it's an issue from Vimeo, it's been more or less 10 days now. I can still watch your videos with a VPN, which makes me think they are simply not available in France. Would you know anything about that? The use of a VPN drastically reduces my network speed and forces me to watch your videos in low quality and with a lot of cuts, which makes the experience difficult to enjoy. I saw other comments about people struggling to access your content. If it proves unsolvable and concerns a decent enough portion of your patrons, would you consider changing hosting platform? Though I realize it wouldn't be worth it for you to change things if it concerns only a handful of people. Would you consider making a post about this issue to keep us updated? Thank you very much!

Congratulations you finally finished the prologue, AoT starts now. By now you have watched season 4 ep 1, I want to give you some context of the experience of anime onlys on that time. There was a phenomenon back then with goated series (like tokyo ghoul or seven deadly sins to name a few) that were flopping and screw they beauty by their 3rd season due to a change of studio, dudes rushing the plot or not following the plot at all for economic purposes and it was just sad. With Aot the first 3 seasons were animated by WIT studio and the music was in charge of the legend Hiroyuki Sawano (god bless him and his music) and for season 4 there was a change of studio and MAPPA was the one to take it, no only that Sawano was no longer in charge of the OSTs and the job was done by Kota Yamamoto. Not gonna lie I was terrified at the moment, I was watching the perfect recipe for the show to fumble, but you alredy know it didnt. In fact, the change of studio and music for me gave the show another layer of beauty in Hayimes work, because the story has changed so much since the beginning that it fits perfectly that we are exploring a new World with our characters all grown hearing a diferent style of music and seing a diferent style of animation. Greetings from México City.

Arturo Liera Bravo

Who cares

Sean Carroll

I mentioned that 3x22 was the goodbye to Witt but not the animation specifically. I bet they had an information overload with 4x1 if its not up yet lol

Joshua Martinez

I 100% agree! Such an important moment!

Ashley Brown

whewww

tanasia (BAKUGreatestofalltime)

have people told them about the animation change?

tanasia (BAKUGreatestofalltime)

People waiting for the drop! 4th season give it to meeeeee 0_0

WE'RE IN THE ENDGAME NOW

Eren Yeager

thank you so much for your reactions! they have been a joy to watch. P.S. congratulations of finishing the attack on titan prologue ;) season 4 is its own beast.

*first time watcher* - possibly the last lol What is freedom…indeed… Recall seeing Eren with longer hair at the start of S3, and now this makes sense. And this ep started and ended in the same place decades later (I noticed a beautiful rainbow in the beginning as well). Then we see someone standing alone and also sitting with a conch shell at the end, will we see that in future..🤔 This guy, Floch, is a straightforward dude. He doesnt mince his words, just like when he called Erwin ‘a devil’ before, though I believe he revered Erwin as a commander. While there have been viewers like myself, who have empathized more with the main characters and grew up with them from the beginning, Floch reminds me of an introduction as an ‘opposition party’ in RL. Theres nothing bad actually, in fact it allows us to hear both sides of an argument and that is interesting. Im not surprised if he plays an important role going forward. That scene when Eren kissed Historia’s hand- I took it as Eren saw the Reiss family through Grisha’s eyes, desperately trying to tell them to kill the Titans and save everyone, but Frieda was bounded by the King’s will. But, seeing Eren’s face mirroring Grisha’s gives me the impression that theres more to it.. I dont know if its the face before Grisha gave up and transformed or some other message.. Makes me wonder how much Eren saw or knows now, whether its only from Grisha’s memories, or the royal family, or the powers he hold, or even the future. I feel like, his reaction at the end not being surprised at the sight of the sea, and that sadness, kinda gives off that feeling. That Titan they spared, wow. To think grass grew in its path. No idea who. Patriot? One of the Restorationists? BEAUTIFUL outro by the way. I have to go check out all the music at some point. Chills. Great season finale 👏 loved it, truely. [Personal note: My health, particularly an existing condition that causes me great pain, has been acting up lately. That means more hospital stuff. As much as I love this series and have been so looking forward to the much anticipated final season, Im afraid I will not be able to share my thoughts, like I have been. I will still watch with J&J whenever I can, their videos always brings me joy. I appreciate them and this community for the virtual connection we have had, I had a lot of fun, guys, so thank you 💜🙏🏻]

Lynn #7

Armin finally realized his dream, he saw the sea! 🥺💙

Badriya

Next show you guys should watch after death note or aot I would recommend Vinland saga, if y’all likes aot y’all gonna love Vinland Saga as the story is from a real story and characters that existed, the growth of the characters etc I can already see you guys loving it. The two other shows i would recommend are demon slayer (good for people new to anime) and kuroko’s basket just because I know both of you played kuroko would be a good choice !

Wsgyan

Makes me emotional every time I watch it. You can see how the burden of those memories have taken such a toll on him. 🥺🥺🥺

Mrs. C

Such an emotional ep... I can't believe you're on season 4 already! Sooo pumped :))

Dwob

Its so heart breaking how Eren had been just as eager to see the outside world especially the sea with Armin.. but what he learned through his father's memories just didn't allow the guy to catch a break and enjoy whats before him at that moment

its_aliza

the way Jared analysed Eren's choice of words in that final sentence was absolutely amazing. I haven't seen a single reactor focus on that sentence and discuss on it the way you guys did. I have no regrets that I'm a member of J&J's wonderful patreon :)

its_aliza

the shift in erens face after the time skip is so sad, I think it truly portrays the weight of the reality and the flashbacks he has had setting in. Not ONCE did he smile, if you notice everyone’s faces look shocked and excited and happy, meanwhile erens expression remains…well expressionless. A moment that was once meant to be fulfilling and hopeful instead turns into a moment of further despair for eren knowing that the sea is just further confirmation of what he had seen in his father’s memories is true and that the future is inevitable.

deiji’

exactly! And I can see fro Jared and Jordan's expressions in the end that they feel the pain too 💔

its_aliza

I was thinking the same thing.. and look how depressed Eren looks 😭😭 I guess I'm about to experience the heart break all over again

its_aliza

omg please NO.. let that not be true

its_aliza

Getting to see Armin and the others surprised faces was so beautiful but getting to know about the harsh reality that Eren was seeing beyond the sea was painful.. They sacrificed so much to go beyond the walls but freedom still seems so far away

its_aliza

Welcome to the remaining 70% of the show!

Aj Makaiwi

Breaks my heart to see Eren getting sadder and sadder with each episode. 💔 While everyone else is looking at the sea with their mouth hanging open, Eren's staring at the horizon with that dead look in his eyes. He's almost catatonic, a far cry from the Eren we know. 😢

Ushna Seeam

I cannot believe you guys are going to start season 4 already, feels like only yesterday that y'all started this anime journey! So so incredibly excited for what's to come!!

kiki

I know I said this before, some people too. “Shits about to go down” and bla bla but let me tell you, you guys don’t know what AOT is, so… SHITS ACTUALLY ABOUT TO GO DOWN, Brace yourselves and welcome to S4 AKA, The real AOT💣🔥

AlessandrosXD

whos perspective?

Concepts94

Lets give a farewell to Witt Studio and the magick/foundation they created. I wish we could have seen what would have happened but it actively wasnt feasible. Regardless, time for Season 4 babyyyy

Joshua Martinez

There is a cruel fan theory regarding that titan that was crawling in this episode. The theory is that it was an eldian baby since babies are unable to walk. The titan baby crawled as far as it possibly could.

Sean Carroll

Please please please please please listen to the S4 intro “My War.”🙏🏻☺️🙏🏻

antionette7

finally finished the prologue of attack on titan!

tanasia (BAKUGreatestofalltime)

started*

tanasia (BAKUGreatestofalltime)

Watching the show with you reminded me an interesting and probably controversial analogy my friend made while watching the part of the show where Hange said the world want to eradicate them for good. If you take away the humanistic side of things of the Eldians and just purely think them as walking modern weaponry, you will start to understand why world so scared of Eldians and the power the King holds in the paradis island. Think the colossal titan as an atomic bomb (the mushroom cloud that Bertholdt created in Shiganshina), and that the king in the wall essentially have millions and millions of atomic bomb in their own possession (hide inside the wall) and readily to activate in whenever they want. Even if you know that there is some mechanism that stops them from being activated (the vow renouncing war), there is still no guarantee when the mechanism will stops working or overrides with and the threat of the millions atomic bomb can be activated at anytime still exists. That's too great of a power to lie within the power of a single entity (King of the wall). With that in mind, I kinda understand the lengths countries will go in order to get rid of the power or even take in possession of that power for their own use.

Resha

Ladies and Gentlemen see u on Saturday🙆🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️

St Patrick Brown

Welcome to the most beautifully, bittersweet ending to a season ever.

Hippopi

After rewatching this series countless times, I only just realized whose perspective the mid-episode information card is from at 1:01:10. Damn

Jay

All pure titans are alive, because once a pure titan dies, it evaporates into steam. So if the titan exists, it's alive. Also Eren didn't receive memories from touching that titan, he just knows that all titans were once Subjects of Ymir who displeased Marley and were therefore shipped off to Paradis. That titan can't be Grice because Grice wasn't turned into a titan, he was used as bait to lure the other titans away from the docks. Basically he was eaten by them.

Hippopi

I'm glad you appreciated the beauty and the tone of this episode. It's a great season finale to me. Character and Theme are always my favourite two aspects of any story, and it's something that this story handles wonderfully. So vivid, explored and interesting. Woven expertly. Thanks for the reaction to this season, bros! I cannot wait for Season 4! P.S. An interesting thing to consider, in my opinion - The Conch. Isayama doesn't do things without purpose. Conch shells have significant meaning & symbolism in numerous cultures and religions. Perhaps the two of you could explore some of these and see how you think they might apply (or not) to AoT.

Romba_7

You guys should definitely react to Attack on Titan Opening Live. It’s the opening songs for season one and two of AOT. It’s so much more hype live and I really think people need to appreciate the song producers more for AOT.

The_Devil_Of_Paradis

😂 that's adorable

Kenken

The show ended here smh

deja

😳😳😳😳😳 Now that you mentioned it.......... That image of Grisha was weirdly close to his face 👀🤐

Kenken

I just want to point out how Isayama completely flipped the symbolic meaning of the ocean we've been told since season 1 on its head after this episode. The ocean had always been a myth to our guys, a symbol of hope and freedom and endless possibilities. Like Eren states himself, it's massive and never seems to end. But now after that final scene, the oceans meaning is now twisted. What once was a symbol of endless freedom and hope is now an just a reminder that there's an cycle of war that our characters have to fight, a war that just keeps getting bigger and bigger day by day the more they learn know about the world around them. We went from humans vs titans to humans vs humans within the wall to humans and titans vs titans and now it appears to be humans vs the world. It seems our guys are chasing something that they can never get no matter how hard they try. Like dangling a carrot in front of a pig. It's futile.

Jay

YESSS SEASON 4 BEGINSSS..... also..... why are you guys so smart? I caught certain things like the titans who looked similar to their human forms but you guys and you're theories sometimes hit the mark too hard lmao. not gonna say what ofc 😆 Love you guys and keep on keeping on, this show still has me an emotonal wreck rewatching again and prob always will. Isayama really has a way with making things feel all too REAL. The fact he had created (or started developing) aot at 19 yrs old blows my mind.

Tatakaila

S1 Eren: "I will kill every single titan of this world, all of them" S3Finale Eren:"this titan was shipped to Paradis, its a felow patriot, lets go." While touching his face with compassion Talking about amazing character growth 😃😃

Randy Flash

It’s painful to see Eren unable to enjoy a childhood dream they all shared 🥹💔 I’m so happy for Armin and for all of them coming so far.

Rahma

Right when Eren touches Historia everything changes for him. My favorite anime AOT season no doubt. Season 3 part 2 is special. Manga-wise for me is the next arc, enjoy.

EdTheAlchemist

When you realise after all the bloodshed in the past 3 seasons, all the suffering, all the pain, loss and emotional trauma, our guys never escaped the cage they were trapped in. Rather their cage only got bigger. And that never fails to be gut wrenching for me.

Jay

The discussion part was 🤌🏾 a lot of info has been given during the 2 past episode but now from the discussion it shows you grasp what this show is really about A lot happened damn, from season 1 with eren’s goal to destroy titans to avenge his mother and now to call titans patriot

fatou ੈ✩‧₊˚

The link isn’t showing anything 🥺🥺

Brianna Perdomo

Does anyone know the right password mine isn’t working

Taylor Edwards

A small detail that I believe is worth mentioning, which proves that Isayama is really meticulous with his way of telling his story. When Eren is directly seeing a memory of his father, the author makes sure to show that memory from Grisha's POV... it happened when Eren remembered how he was transformed into a pure titan at first, which is why he could see himself as a titan, that was his dad watching. And the only time we saw his dad's face in this memory was a reflection of himself in Eren's pure titan's eye. (Rewatch it all over again if needed and keep that in mind SEASON 3 EP43 02:07). Today in this episode again, Eren had memories of his dad, from a young Grisha's POV, (the airship, Faye going away with the Marleyan security officer, and then Faye in the river) those are things that Grisha saw and that Eren is seeing thru his (Grisha) eyes. When Eren kissed Historia's hand, we could hear Grisha talking while watching the "Reiss"/Fritz family, again that was Grisha's pov. But we did see his own face in the end as well tho, which could be confusing. Well early in season 3 Eren briefly saw Frieda's face in the mirror, it was Frieda's memory of her own face. So Eren also has some of Frieda's memories as well, and that was her POV. Sometimes we go from memories to the 4th wall within the same scene so, its not always as obvious. Good luck guys and have fun watching season 4

Randy Flash

These are completely false The best viewing is 5-7, and 19-21 for the trilogy episodes. Watching those episodes you listed aren’t required all in a row especially the first two

Sean Carroll

I came here so I wouldn’t have to wait for the YouTube reaction to drop but it looks like imma have to do that anyway 🫠

Zhjamar Person

For season 4 there are several episodes that are best viewed and make the most sense when watched back to back. Episode 6-9, 17-19 and episode 26-29

leroy pili

GENTLEMEN, WELCOME TO WHAT IS WIDELY REGARDED AS THE BEST SEASON IN TV HISTORY, GOOD LUCK, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Sean Carroll

I can’t believe we got so far already. What a fun journey

Rahma

oh really which reactors are you talking about, thats disappointing they didnt care for this incredible finale

Sean Carroll

if by now its still not top spot then season 4 will easily push it into top spot

Sean Carroll

Rewatching this made me sad all over again 🥺 All that they went through for the dream of being free and seeing the wonders beyond the walls and they couldn’t truly and fully enjoy it. Because the rest of the world is trying to wipe them off the face of the earth. Holy Hajime I can’t believe you guys are already going into Season 4! I’m not ready! I mean I am cus we’ve all been waiting for for this but at the same time I’m not🙈

Charaety

1:10:28 Wanna know how much aot has impacted my life? Everytime i see an ocean or at least a large lake wide enough to not see the other side. I do this shit. I raise my arm out and point and say "If we kill all our enemies over there, will we finally be free?". Him saying that kinda became a meme over the years i just can't help it okay!? It's become an illness. I have to do it every single time. My mom ain't taking me anywhere near a sea anymore

Gatha Naranath

Love that you guys appreciated this slower, quieter, more beautiful finale. I’ve seen some reactors disappointed that it doesn’t have some crazy fight scene, and I always feel like they missed the point. If all finale’s were like that shows would be too predictable. Isayama is a genius for making an episode such as this the end of S3, and a way for the audience to quietly reflect on the epic journey that was required to reach the sea.

Kevin

This is not so important but you have seen snow before remember, when Historia and Ymir were on the snowy mountain? The promise that Ymir made Historia keep

Gatha Naranath

Eren is looking so sad 😔

Sorea

now that you guys finished the prequel, I was wondering if this show has claimed the top spot for you guys officially as your favorite/best show of all time. Love the reactions btw. You guys really go in depth and pick up on things most other reactors dont

SaltySaelzer

Yes, he said that only "a person with titan abilities" can reach the walls. So, not just the attack titan, but any of the nine titans. A regular human would just end up getting eaten.

Caramelzip5

Just a little clarification, Eren wasn't using Founding Titan's powers when he touched that lone titan. As established, he was able to use those powers *only* by being in contact with someone with Royal Blood (like Dina's titan). He can't use the Founding Titan's powers on his own, and by NOT being of royal blood, Eren isn't bound by King Fritz vow to renounce war. Upon seeing it, Eren just stated what is common knowledge to Eldians at this point... Marley's punishement to Eldians is to "be shipped to Paradise" (to live the rest of their existence as pure titans). Eren finishing with "It's a fellow Patriot" is such a sad and beautiful scene. To go from Season 1 Eren who wanted to kill ALL the titans, to now 6 years later him feeling empathy and pain for them, as an equal subject of Ymir... this writing will never cease to amaze me.

Elle Firespray

i wish there was dislike option (no offense ofc) i just rather they start season 4 asap

gdnsx

from this point on i will definitely rewatch every episode of season 4 at the same pace as you guys because of how good it is rather than just watch the reaction video. i wanna experience season 4 once again for myself

gdnsx

omg yess

bort

Has anyone begged them to watch the Attack on Titan suite - Hiroyuki Sawano project EMU yet? I believe it’s safe for them to watch it now, correct?

Brittanie Malan

When Kruger told Grisha only his titan could reach the walls, I believe it was mainly to tell him that his chance of survival would be enhanced with his titan abilities. By foot it would take time to reach the walls. Can somebody confirm or correct that take of mine for me???

Randy Flash

Hahahaha yes, trust in Isayama cuz this show is amazing until the very end

Costosou

eren managed to go beyond the walls and reach the ocean just to discover that it was only another wall 🙈

bort

Well another link that doesn’t work for me, let me know how it goes community 😭

Zhjamar Person

im so excited about tomorrow

tanasia (BAKUGreatestofalltime)

Good job completing the prologue now the real show begins

BBQburger

Friends and family members sometimes send like 2 or 3 minutes voicenotes for me and I feel like they are too long... but here I am, seeing a 1 hour and 30 minutes video and I am like, yeah today is a good day 🤣🤣.

Randy Flash

noooo please react to the AOT hiroyuki sawano suite on youtube first 😩 before you start season 4 … like this if you agree they should react too it

Concepts94

It's the end of an era 😔 and on to the next crazy cookoo bananas mind f*ck that is season 4 of AOT

fox

The season of the ages has come, my ALL TIME favorite season of AOT, season 4 is finally here. I do have a question for J&J, what was the highlight of season 3 for you guys what are your predictions for what you think will happen in season 4?

Shivo

Can't wait to see how confused they are next episode LOL I'm excited to see their reaction
