2024-03-31 23:54:13 +0000 UTCIn terms of the walls size in comparison to the colossal titan from ep1 S1, the reason he’s was taller than the walls is because the titans inside the walls FEET are barred underground witch was hinted to in the miners story about the attempt to dig under the walls

If you read my comment that was my point that using the word colossal for the Titan in the wall could be descriptive of size, not necessarily the label of “The Colossal Titan “. I didn’t automatically assume that J & J were confused as to what the Titan in the wall is other than it is obviously massive in size. I’m sure they will let us know what they meant.

The colossal name was given to one titan specifically. It seem like they’re classifying any huge titan as colossal and it’s simply not that.

They sometime shows you something that looks like it is important, but when you finish the show, you might think back "and what was that?" lol Don't forget, there are lies and deceives. Oh and thank you for your concern, I'm asleep at the time I get the notice, so don't worry! The first thing I do when I get up these days, are to check your notice mail XD Have fun, and take care! :)

I think they are using the term to describe the size as being very large not necessarily labeling it as “The Colossal Titan “. As a first time watcher of AOT that’s how I’m thinking of it. The word can mean both things so at this point in time is that such a bad thing? Give us newbie’s some time to get the hang of the correct terminology. 🫤

Believe me all of us were the same when we watched this show for the first ever time.. it took us a lot of rewatches and explanation videos on youtube to finally understand what is actually happening.. but this is why we love AOT so much because everytime we watch it, it feels like we are discovering something new

2024-03-29 02:47:40 +0000 UTCWatching this and then remembering Eren's reaction to Marco's death T_T It's also so revealing of Erens character when he fights so much for his friends, he really is a "ride or die" type of person. On top of that, the amount of characters that 'almost' get sex trafficked in this show is so concerning; Mikasa's mom, Mikasa, Eren, and now Christa as well

I think it's best to think of it as THE Colossal Titan, THE Armoured Titan, THE Female Titan.

2024-03-29 02:41:52 +0000 UTCAbout the titan inside the wall, I saw that scene for the first time in the manga and I immediately realized that it was inside the wall. I can't say, however, whether or not I would notice it immediately if I had seen it in the anime first, as the perception you have of a story is different when you see it in different formats. About a colossal fitting inside the wall, I think it is possible if you consider the foundations go deep into the ground.

No worries or harm as first time viewers falling into the temptation to label titans colossal when they have a similar appearance to THE Colossal Titan. The habit will eventually sort itself out. Part of the brilliance of this viewing experience is not seeing the forest for the trees. Your genuine reactions, including any confusion, make your channel extra entertaining, endearing, and so relatable (every one of us, as first time viewers, had questions and confusion at some point during the story’s progression).

I do understand the confusion because the only titan that we have seen to compare in any way to the walls is the Colossal Titan, but that is the name that they gave that one titan (it is not a type of titan) This titan in the wall, we don't know anything about. It seems to be as big as the wall (which I think are around 50m) but we don't know if it's a normal, abnormal or human titan. But we do know that is not the colossal titan. I think there is also confusion because it seems to not have skin.. but the show hasn't made any connections with that... not all human titans are missing skin so I think it can be assumed that it is not a necessary characteristic of human titans so if what you mean to say when you say "colossal titan" is human titan... we just don't have enough info.

2024-03-28 23:02:09 +0000 UTCOne cool character building moment was when they were surrounded at night, both Eren and Jean took opposite and equally stupid approaches in my opinion. Eren immediately lashed out, trying to fight against guys with guns, endangering himself and all his comrades. While Jean tried to run away, a move that pushes the boundary of passiveness into being a coward. They were only successful when they came together, attacking the bandits, but in a more thoughtful manner. I think this sets up Erin and Jean sort of as a Yin and Yang to eachother, destined to both fight, but also balance each other out.

Lost Girls: Lost in a Cruel World was released, and actually takes place right after Season 3 Part 1. Edit: though I do admit, when they watch these ones really doesn’t matter too much, as long as it’s not before the times I listed ofc
