They all come from season 1 so they don't spoil anything. I just think watching them now instead of a later would be so much more beneficial. There is a two-parter which shows Levi's backstory, but I think a lot of people forget about when describing Levi's character. He said to Eren in the forest scene something along the lines of not knowing whether he should place faith in his own skill, or in the hands of his comrades: this scene is INFINITELY deeper after watching his 2 OVAs.

Hange said that the hypothesis was that a spy infiltrated the corps at its very beginning. If that’s the case, that could explain why this mystery person is so skilled. They’ve been training with these very people they’re going against. I think Erwin was saying that if they had already been on the mission and in uniform, ( again all of this is only if their hypothesis if correct), then after they turn back to human form those clothes would come back. Does that mean they could’ve had a spy there this whole time? Up until we were introduced to this female Titan, it was believed that Eren was the first and only person to have this ability, but now I’m thinking he’s not even the first and whoever this is has had this ability for a while because their Titan is most definitely experienced. So many questions. I can’t wait til the next episode! This show just keeps getting better and better!!!!!

Where Erwin says "An eye for an eye", this isn't what he actually said in Japanese. First, "An eye for an eye" is said "目には目を(me niwa me wo)" in Japanese, and what Erwin actually said in Japanese is "念には念を(nen niwa nen wo)", those two are so similar, I guess the translator heard it wrong. The meaning of what he said actually is "make it sure just in case". You didn't see it confusing, but some reactors do, so I just wanted to inform you. Also, The female titan at least to my understanding at this point decided to abandon her mission (of which we don't know the full extent of as of yet) to keep the humans from learning more about her kind and their abilities... and I don't know if you remember but when Eren first turned into the titan he can become he was canabalized by the other titans not of his own doing (I believe) but this is something similar to what the Female titan had done with her call for the titans to rally around and eat her....

Armin did mention that all of the intelligent titans (and he listed them) are humans. the comment was just compiling all the known information. 2024-03-18 22:12:39 +0000 UTCHere to say I don't think that the female titan is hard to grapple to with the odm gear, If you recall, Jean stuck it for a minute, rather it's a show of the abilities the individual has to maneuver the titan body to lose the grappling hook. There was several instances where it dodged out of the way of attempts to grapple to it. Also what it meant by the more it heals the more your joints will be locked is similar to the concept of a barbed arrow. When they go in, the barbs become embedded if you try and pull it out. The piercing mechanisms on the special target equipment were full of barbs. The more those are fussed with the more they dig in in general barbed objects have to be cut out or pushed through on the trajectory they're already on.
