Keeping the Cow on the Couch

Seems like the more I pack on, the harder and harder it is for me to build up the momentum to get off the couch on my own. Usually I’d just ask for a hand up, but when he wants to keep me lazy, hubs doesn’t make getting up any easier… Maybe I should just lay back down.
