Scavenging and girl lovin'

This week was a bit of a wild ride. The art for the gloryhole events got done at the end of last week, so I got to working on getting it functional, if a bit simple for now. Main step was also to get the mini event with Nate in where he asks for your help to get tools to make one. 

So off I went to the mechanics faction where you find out what tools you need. But they will only give you the tools if you have completed the associated quest. One other route to get the tools is through scavenging, so off I went there and implemented a simple version of scavenging game wide. 

This pushed me to start working on some of the new characters. So, introducing Jaylee and an updated version of Alison. 

Jaylee was a character I made to introduce the scavenger quest for Sammy. I didn't have much beyond that so as I was drawing her, I was coming up with a personality and story for her.

In the end I settled on her being a potty mouthed pervert who has taken a liking to Sammy. Her and her brother run the junkyard with her as a scavver and the brother as the manager. If Sammy isn't careful, she might find herself being (wo)manhandled in ways she didn't expect.

Alison has been planned for a very long time and finally we will get to play her quest. The rough outline has already been written and it's a case of getting it all done. 

But for those who don't know, Ali might have lead her boss on a bit while interviewing for the job. But now her boss expects her to pay up and she is reluctant. Sammy tries to step in but realises that her boss isn't the usual pervert but actually wants to take care of Ali. Sammy will have 3 choices, help Ali, help Dez (the boss) or just leave well alone and see how it plays out.

Depending on your choices, you can open up a lesbian romance with her.

As mentioned above, scavenging is also in in a basic form. There has been a bunch of junk items added to the game that will be sold for profit or used to create rare items. A few ideas are sell enough cloth to the needle girls and cosplay items become available, enough junk to Jaylee's brother, and Jaylee will start selling sex toys and sell enough books/magazines, you will be able to buy readable versions.
