2021-09-22 10:28:46 +0000 UTCThe dark theme of the game makes it looks so. I used the same textures as was in the game files. Anyways, you can change the colour yourself. Go to shader editor, select the hair and put a curve node between the hair diffused and the Principal BSDF. Then crank the curve all the way down. That will make the hair black, keeping the small details on the hair intact.
