Keller's beach day wip

The animation is going well, but i've hit a few snags that i'm not sure how to work around.

 1. I am using a new trick called dampen track for such things as keller and the blue woozle's tail and keller's ears. They make these limbs move so smoothy as they run and walk but has the downside of in-between render chunks resetting the bones animation. Dampen tracks are bone constraints and work wonderfully when they work. However, i don't really understand them 100% I may need to experiment some more.

2. the water. I am still trying to figure out how to make the water look good, like it does in the o.g. mario kart 8 track that I'm using as the backdrop. Dad sent me a tutorial that should help, but I fear it might make render times longer. at the moment, those are the two major issues. Other than that, this is going really well! And don't worry. I AM FINISHING THIS ONE.
