Ivy's breast bump scene extended (0.3.6 preview)

I've already mentioned that Ivy's breast bump scene will be replaced by a much improved version using her new model.
To avoid having to create everything three times, she will not wear her bikinis, but a sexy top and skirt.
This change also allows for an additional extension of the original scene where Ivy is on her way to a meeting with Joy when she bumps into our hero.
Depending on how the breast bump event went, she will check on the MC in his room to make sure he's okay. This can lead to a posing scene where she shows us what's hidden below the skimpy top.
