In fanfics, do you prefer Japanese names being used or is any name fine?
(Edit : Assuming that the original story uses Japanese names)

Stick within the preset lane please Hell they donโt actually have to be really translatable into names either I sure as hell donโt know Japanese besides when I listen to anime on sub but besides that call someone Orokamono for all i care (Please google translate Orokamono so that you can understand the joke if not immediately understood)
