His brother's eyes were glued to the street. They were only 2 minutes away from the hospital. He wanted to look back but the traffic did not allow it.
"Has it grown bigger?" he yelled to his brother on the backseat.
"Shit you have no idea! If I had left the jeans on I would be dead now!"
"Why have you swallowed so many pills?"
"Because I thought they wouldn't work, dumbass! And … mhh … this feels too good to be true. Fuck!"
"Don't cum in here! The car is new!"

He grabbed his head and tried to understand what was happening to him. His cock was still soft but it was at least 1 feet long now.

His brother on the wheel turned the car to the left and they nearly crashed into another car. A traffic jam … they wouldn't reach the hospital in the next hour.
