Some updates.

Hi everyone. Hope you had a good holiday! I'm here with some updates.

I'm finally at a point where I can say I'm recovered from my surgery, and I'll be able to get back to work full-time in 2023. So expect a lot more content to come than the past two months - which I admit have missed the mark a little. I've still tried my best to get content out most days, and I appreciate your support regardless. I've got some stuff to make up for in January. :)

There's also this - I'm making another change to the Patreon.

A few months ago I mentioned retiring the tips tier due to chargebacks being filed claiming there were 'no rewards' - and now the same is happening to the hobbyist tier, simply because people do not read the description mentioning that posts expire like a monthly subscription to increase exclusivity, and people have been really rude about it in my DMs. I understand that perhaps the number of posts wasn't satisfactory, but you could easily read up on that before pledging and harassing me in my messages is not the way to go.

This is the reason I've decided to reduce the number of tiers from 3 to 2 (I hope we all know that the number 4 tier is there for shits and giggles because of the 'suspiciously rich furries' meme).

What changes? Nothing. Changes to this tier don't affect any active Patrons. By coincidence, all three current Hobbyists have decided to cancel going into 2023, which is what made me decide to take the good opportunity to make this change. Had they not cancelled, however, nothing would have changed either - because all I did was unpublish the tier.

The tipper tier still has some old Patrons subscribed to it - nothing has changed for them and they still get access to their content as promised by the terms of that tier. The same would have happened for the Hobbyist tier, but considering the last few Patrons will be leaving us, the tier will be empty and new Patrons will not be able to join at that level.

TL;DR: I'm deactivating a tier due to chargebacks and confusion. Lovers will still be getting their usual content, and Librarians will still be getting their extras and perks. Librarians will have access to the full archive, Lovers to all posts for the month(s) they're subscribed.

That being said - if there's ever a problem, dissatisfaction, confusion - talk to me, please. We can sort things out. I'm friendly enough - I'm just a 20-something kid, not a soulless corporation ;)
