The Last Dragoness - FTM Dragon transformation

The princess the knight came to avenge in my previous dragon transformation story had turned into a dragon herself. But how did that happen...?

Elise was a princess of a faraway kingdom, that in history had always been plagued by dragons. The kingdom’s army and knights fought for centuries against these giant creatures, until a few years before the princess’s birth.

The kingdom was confident they had defeated the last of the dragons that roamed in the mountains that surrounded the kingdom.

For this reason, Elise had only ever heard about dragons in her father’s stories. She had seen pictures artists had drawn and painted of these ferocious beasts.

Elise thought they were beautiful, and the idea of the dragons being extinct hurt her deeply.

There was a rumour, however – the knights had left the last remaining female dragon alive after killing the last male. She would never be able to repopulate the area on her own – certainly not without any males.

They were under the assumption that the dragoness would leave the area, seeking a new family.

The dragoness was indeed seeking a new family, but she hadn’t left the area – she was simply lying in wait. A human dumb enough to seek her out would come soon enough.

Elise would be that human.

Having snuck out of the castle in a disguise, Elise was headed for the mountains rumour had it the dragons used to live. She wanted to find evidence of their existence at the very least – but a live one would be the absolute goal.

It took her hours to climb up, and by the time she arrived at the first cave in the mountain wall, dusk was beginning to settle in – revealing a soft, golden glow coming from the inside of the cave.

Either there were people with a warm fire, where Elise could stay the night, or there was...

...a dragon.

Elise sprinted inside the cave as quickly as her tired legs could carry her, the smell of smoke and burning wood filling her nostrils.

As she rounded a corner, she could see the golden glitter of treasure reflected on the walls – she let out a loud gasp as she took in the glory of the cavern she found herself in.

It was stacked floor-to-ceiling with all kinds of golden, glittering treasure. Coins, jewellery, cups, crowns…

…And in the centre of it all, rested a large, purple reptile. Not just large – massive. Gigantic.

The creature nearly filled the room, and she was easily fifty feet tall. She was forced to sit hunched over in the cave, unable to stand up. Elise wondered how she got in there – or was planning to ever leave, for that matter. Her skin consisted of dark blue scales, and her eyes were golden.

Around her neck, shimmered a glowing stone necklace.

The dragoness sat in a particular manner that suggested she was guarding something – likely her most valuable treasure.

“Welcome, traveller,” the dragoness spoke. “Have you come to slay the last dragon?”

Elise raised an eyebrow. “…No,” she said. “I came to…”

The dragoness chuckled. “Ah…” she said. “You’re one of those, aren’t you?”

Humans who wish to see the last mighty dragon… see if the rumours are true… well, here I am. You’ve found me.”

Elise stood there, unsure what to do. She’d come all this way to find a dragon… and now, the experience was a little underwhelming. She’d expected a majestic, perhaps even aggressive creature, and yet… she found this elderly dragon cowering in a cave.

“Why haven’t you left?” she asked.

“As the last dragon born to my clan, it is my duty to repopulate this area,” the dragoness stated slowly. “But it’s been a slow and difficult process.”

Elise looked at the dragon’s paws, and noticed her tail was wrapped around several eggs, easily as tall as Elise herself.

“My children cannot reproduce amongst themselves… nor with me… so they leave the area to find a mate.”

Elise nodded slowly. What the dragoness was saying made sense – though she had no idea where this conversation was going.

“Why not go with them?” she asked. “Why not leave this horrid place, and never risk your family getting slaughtered by mine again?”

“It’s not that simple, young lady,” the dragon said, shifting on her eggs – she was coming closer. “We were here centuries before you came along.”

Elise nodded nervously. The dragoness was right.

“I have been laying eggs in this cavern for over a hundred years,” the dragoness continued, as well as continuing to approach Elise.

“My husband and I were part of a large clan… until my husband was killed, along with the rest of my friends and family.”

Elise could feel the dragon’s hot breath as her snout came closer – the dragoness was sniffing Elise to cast judgment on her.

“Surely you’ve noticed your knights disappearing… in lesser numbers, but disappearing nonetheless…”

“…Occasionally,” Elise said, her voice tight as the dragoness stared her dead in the eye. It was mesmerizing. “But… we always figure they just left town without announcing their departure…”

The dragoness chuckled. “No…” she hissed, reaching for the necklace to undo the buckle.

“One female dragon cannot raise a clan. Thankfully, recently, a witch passed by my cavern…”

Elise swallowed nervously, taking a step back as she watched the dragoness fiddle with the necklace. She reattached the ends after taking it off, now dangling the necklace over Elise’s head. It shrunk down to a more human-appropriate size as it dangled from the dragon’s long, scaly finger.

“…and she’s helping me repopulate my clan far faster than I ever dared dream.”

Elise was trapped by the dragoness’s gaze – it was as if her legs refused to carry her out of harm’s way as the dragoness let the necklace slip from her finger, her nail pricking Elise in scalp as she did.

The necklace slipped from the dragoness’s finger over Elise’s head, where it rested on her chest. The glow became brighter as it met Elise’s heartbeat.

“But there’s an interesting side effect, you see,” the dragoness spoke as Elise’s head started to spin. It was as if the world was starting to shrink, and the dragoness along with it.

“…Men turn into women…”

Elise was certain of it – she was growing taller, and rapidly, too. Her shoes already felt awfully tight, as though her feet could burst through them at any moment. She looked down, only to realise dark nails were poking through the leather of her boots, tearing them from their soles.

She knew what was happening, and it was happening fast.

Elise had been wearing gloves, which dropped to the floor as her hands and nails tore through them – her hands were swelling and turning purple, with hard, rough scales beginning to appear, itching as they grew.

Elise’s back hunched as she reached the ceiling, forcing her to sit on her knees. The dragoness moved quickly, pushing Elise in the other direction instead – Elise fell into the pile of gold behind her as her shirt finally gave in, tearing apart as her shoulders broadened and her muscles bulged.

Elise groaned in pain – something was wrong in her stomach. A stabbing pain just above her crotch seemed to spread throughout her entire body – her pants had turned into shorts as the half that had been stuffed in her boots ripped from the half that was attached to her hips, and the seams had already popped in several places.

The boots burst apart as her calves expanded well beyond their means, with a few leather shreds still clinging to her long, clawed toes.

She lay there, naked and still growing, purple scales covering more and more of her body. Her breasts were long gone, leaving two muscly pecs in their place. And down below…

“…And women turn into men,” the dragoness hissed, breathing heavily as she watched Elise transform into her new mate.

The pain Elise had felt was the pain of her uterus atrophying. Her ovaries had reshaped themselves into testicles, and were on their way out of her body, briefly showing as two large masses in her belly as they grew faster than they could take their new position.

The eggs had turned to semen by now, and were vastly growing in numbers.

As the testicles exited through what used to be her vagina, the skin of her labia quickly grew around them, forming a proper, purple ball sack. The only element of her vagina that remained was her clitoris – although by now, it was already the size of a male human’s penis. It was already fully erect, and pain made room for pleasure as it grew.

“Oh… oh God…” Elise groaned, her voice now low and rumbly. She watched her new body parts grow, realising the positioning of her eyes was changing.

Her face stretched and elongated, with large, razor sharp teeth growing into her new jaw. Her tongue split, and she could feel a new sensation inside her stomach and throat – she knew she could breathe fire if she wanted.

A tail had sprouted from her behind; large, scaly, and purple, with several sharp points on it. It swung around uncontrollably as Elise’s transformation wrapped up.

Lastly, horns grew from her head, where the last of her hair had fallen out. Her ears had reverted to mere holes on the sides of her head.

Elise panted as her transformation settled. Her penis was still erect, and the transformation had not been enough to make her cum.

“Now that’s a big boy…” the dragoness smirked, crawling on top of her new mate. She suspected the poor girl was a virgin, so she would ensure to take the lead in her first mating session as a male dragon.

“Your sacrifice is appreciated, girl,” the dragoness said; Elise let out a pleasured groan as her penis slid inside the dragoness’s vagina for the first time.

“After we are finished here, I will leave to take these eggs we’re about to fertilize together to a new area,” the dragoness explained whilst rocking back and forth on top of Elise’s penis – though Elise hardly heard what she was saying.

“And you’re going to continue that trick with the necklace to ensure our population remains diverse.”

Elise groaned in agreement – considering this was the first time she ever had sex, she was close to climaxing already – probably far sooner than the dragoness would have liked, but perhaps it was better they got the deed done quickly anyway.

After Elise came inside the dragoness, his transformation became permanent – even taking off the necklace could no longer turn him back into the human girl he once was. Now, he would come up with a new name eventually – as Elise no longer suited him.

The eggs the dragoness had been brooding on hatched the next morning, and within days, the dragoness left the area with her spawn – already beginning to show that she would soon be laying a brand-new nest.

Ellis – he had decided not to be too creative with his new name – would become the patriarch of his own clan of dragons. And perhaps he’d show his former family some… ‘gratitude’ for the fate that had befallen him – after all, it was thanks to them killing the previous clan that they lost their princess to a witch’s spell.

Perhaps the dragoness had actually been the witch herself… wishing to bring chaos to the kingdom.

Soon, knights would start storming the mountains, searching for this rumoured last dragon to have revenge for their ‘fallen’ princess.

But all they would find, was a new life as a dragon.
