I would use freezing time to stop an accident and removing occupants before impact, stopping a violent altercation, etc. I would use X-ray vision to work with archaeologists to examine ruins and other sites of interest. When I think of flying now, I think about catching a drone in the grill and falling to my death.

Like super speed gets to be like almost freezing time, but mostly- you're forever living with everyone and everything being painfully slow to you which sounds like torture. There's the whole you're so fast you can time travel so what about time travel? Fiction has taught us you don't mess with time or you'll be like Ashton Kutcher in butterfly effect and unborn yourself. Loophole tho- time freezing will seem like super speed. Downside but negligible - your perception of time is the same, whether you actually time travel or freeze time. To rest of everything - you'll age faster. You can optimize your experience and skill, but you'll still age faster whether physically or mentally. Actually speeding up time or experiences seem to result in regret or mistakes so stopping or slowing seems better in the larger scheme of the things. Ok rabbit hole rant over lol.
