Now, what will happen to this mysterious individual who has been targeting you for so long? Trying to eliminate competition? On a personal level, I find myself being targeted on IG. yet, I think it's the trolls that want to get under people's skin so they lose their composure and start insulting and threatening strangers several zip codes & time zones away. Then you get banned for a week. However, it says your account is in good standing.

Not sure if US has this but many countries have witness protection programs where a witness can make anonymous statement in front of judge and no one else knows who the witness was. With a witness statement you can get a court to verify if it is true by a court's certified IT person (judge requires him to get access to the system, in this case to youtube's internals and to verify the information (monitored by YT employees, so he wont cause any trouble)).

None of which have been publicly stricken or taken down. The only thing that puzzled me was why. My worry is while us dedicated fans are here there may not be enough new fans to replace the inevitable slow attrition of subscribers. I’m hoping the mxr fan channels on YouTube will drive some to support Jeannie and Henry here on Patreon. Trying to be optimistic about mxr’s future

Any lawsuit would likely need to be focused on differential treatment and malice intent, which is hard to prove. Contractual violations possibly... but Youtube has a retainer fund and a legal office. They would just bankrupt any plaintiff with a drawn out legal process for years because they can afford it.

Seems hyper-compartmentalized in certain respects which make it untrustworthy and an insecure platform to rely on consistently and long term. Not necessarily surprising if you have worked in network admin, CRM systems access fields before. Employees with certain authorizations can implement alerts, account locks, read only access , change permissions, etc., such that they can modify and mess with an account without necessarily providing a user log id/case number or a digital paper trial for someone lower on the food chain to follow up on. Fuck them, and best of luck leaving that bullshit behind.

If you want a specific person or persons, I can find them. Though just to give you a helping hand, several hires at YouTube/Google in the recent years were people who lost their jobs due to companies being shut down that were malicious abusers (like what happened to you with the ransom demanded) of the Copyright strikes on YouTube. They were not top brass at those companies, at least from what I can tell at this point. In other words, this isn't just malicious targeting, but also revenge as your videos bringing to light some of these companies raised awareness and caused a lot of them to be forced to close down.

This particular person isn’t important enough to not be indispensable. It’s a serious matter when someone’s livelihood is taken away unjustly. If Henry hires a lawyer, youtube’s legal department may be forced to initiate an internal investigation. If any foul play or abuse of power is found, the employee would simply be removed. Other cases have shown how youtube’s legal department responds to accusations of this manner. Details aren’t revealed but, it’s clear the issues were resolved for the accusers. I hope this can, somehow, be resolved without the aid of an expensive lawyer. I love these guys.

They just tried to change their title and thumbnail praising CCP and criticising the USA (basically a reverse clickbait), and they suddenly got their reach back. It might sound like a conspiracy theory, but would any of those people be involved in getting Henry banned due to him being from Taiwan and mocking CCP, China and Mandarin a lot of times?
