First of all, the doll should be stored horizontal and joints should not be posed for more than 30 minutes at a time to avoid joints locking and getting harder to move. Secondly you are not supposed to have darker clothes on it, as it can stain the Realdoll's skin.

Now you don't need 3 people to constantly carry the doll to dress it up. Once everything is done, lower the doll into desired pose, and swap in the head last.
