PLEASE post a statement confirming this, and saying why, OR (preferably) reassuring everyone that what has happened is a surmountable technical issue, and you'll be back soon. In case it is the former, I just don't know how they have found fault with you, AGAIN, when you pointedly self-censor SO much (hence the Patreon account). There are plenty of channels that self-censor so much less, if at all, and are allowed to continue. Just as when you had your last sweeping demonetisation, there seems to be no justice in this. I hope that YouTube has some sort of appeals process you can access. Regardless, tell us (your community; named Krewsaders and other well-wishers) what you would have us do, to lobby on your behalf. You are beloved of thousands of people, across the globe. Even if only a fraction of that number acted (in a coordinated, coherent way) you could summon a great groundswell. Don't be bashful; get reactive!
